        Very good spot, very helpful and kind staff,they let us late checkout on 12:00 without extra charge Poor soundproofing, old windows. The second bed was a pull-out sofa which was not comfortable. The wifi was slow. The breakfast could have been better.

        I don't recommend booking at this hotel. During my stay, my clothing was taken from my bedroom along with the sheets. When I raised the issue, the hotel didn't take responsibility and didn't offer any compensation. I understand it might have been a mistake, but the hotel should have taken a more positive approach and compensated for what happened, considering that my clothing never reappeared.

        I do not recommend booking the economy rooms. Particularly room 769. The window is so small, and the ceiling so low, it's a claustrophobic experience. You also have to take a service elevator in the back to get to the 7th floor. For the price ($230 CAD a night) it seemed like there were many better options in Milan. You also don't get the free breakfast as an economy guest. Rooms are quite dated and in need of some renovations. On the other hand, it was a fairly clean room and location of the hotel was good!

        We had a wonderful stay at the hotel thanks to the amazing service of Emilia, the receptionist who checked us in on July 19, she was very welcoming and friendly, she gave us a lot of useful information about the city, she also left a lovely welcome note in our room, we were very touched by this thoughtful gesture (In Persian). Emilia is a great asset to the hotel and deserves recognition for her excellent service, thank you Emilia for making our first trip to milan memorable.
