You’ll never find another place like Palazzo Portinari Salviati. The place was already fantastic in history and the excellent staffs and services make it extraordinary!!! The best 5 star hotel ever. If there’s more star I’ll give 10! We enjoyed everything during our stay here, the room, the painting, the decorations, the spa and the restaurant - Chic Nonna, and the best staffs. The only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer because of the planned schedule. We had a nice relaxing stay and we’ll definitely come back next time in Florence. It was a memory for life.

This is the best 5 star hotel we have stayed in. Every detail is refined, beautiful and thoughtful. The staff are warm and kind, the rooms are magnificent and everything smells INCREDIBLE! The frescoes are something I will never forget. Plus, Chic Nonna and Chef Vito are a once in a lifetime experience. I will always visit Palazzo Portinari when I am in Florence.

Great experience here. The service is next level, and the property is beautiful. The staff goes above and beyond, and it did not go unnoticed! We spent a few hours at the spa as well, which was fabulous. Thank you for an extraordinary stay!

This hotel saved our lives! After a disastrous experience with an Airbnb in Florence, we booked this hotel day-of. They allowed us to check in early and helped with our luggage. The customer service is OUTSTANDING - some of the best customer service we’ve ever experienced. The concierge was immediately available for all our needs, from booking a wonderful outdoor dinner reservation day-of to serving us delicious desserts and drinks in the downstairs restaurant while listening to live piano. And the room itself was beautiful. From the marble shower to the gorgeous windows that open, we could not have been more pleased. I wish I could give 6 stars!! We will be back. Grazie mille!

Palazzo Portinari Salviati was one of the nicest hotels I ever stayed at. From the accomodations to the location to the staff, everything was impeccable. We are so thankful that we chose to stay at Palazzo Portinari Salviati for our honeymoon (and to Angelo, the manager, for all his hospitality)and cannot wait to visit again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
