Melania is so helpful suggesting restaurants and even helped by carry our luggage up the stairs. Rooms very comfortable and clean with all we could need. Right in the center of town.

The location of Palazzo Spasiano is very much central to all facilities.. not far from the station, main tourist area as well as the port area.. Melania was a great host who gave us guidance on how to get there, helped with answering questions we had and was excellent... the room itself was well set out and beautifully decorated. If I have to return back, I would definitely stay here and would recommend to everyone...

Amazing location, walking distance to train and bus and 2 mins from restaurants, bars and cafes. Beautiful hotel, very clean and with everything you could need but still feels like a very personal individual location. Melanie was a brilliant host, her restaurant and cafe recommendations were spot on (it was only when we went to a place NOT on her list did we have a very average meal, her recommendations were brilliant). She was also very helpful with the bus/train/location questions and even went out of her way to keep hold of our bags for a couple of hours after check out. A beautiful, authentic, personal Sorrento experience. Thanks Melania.

Beautiful, reasonably priced accomodations in the perfect location of Sorrento. Very easy to get around town to shops and restaurants. The room was clean and spacious and there were welcome snacks and drinks provided which was welcoming. The common entry area with complimentary espresso machine and couches was a nice extra space to relax away from the room. The property host, Melania, was wonderful. She was so responsive whenever we had a question and she had great suggestions for restaurants and things to do.

Convenient location from train station as well as the main area of Sorrento. The space is clean and beautifully decorated. They have all the amenities you could need. As other reviews have stated Melania was so kind and gave us great info on the local area. She helped arrange a drive along the coast and a car service to drop off to the Naples train station. Highly recommend this as a place to stay when in sorrento, we would return if ever in Sorrento again. Thank you Melania and Anna for your hospitality!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
