The people at the reception is very friendly. But this place has a big problem: you can hear everything that goes on another rooms in your floor (even their alarm clocks!), and partially other floors because of the open stairs. We are convinced the hotels walls are drywalls at best! And unfortunately, with so many selfish people out there, it is a problem, specially when there is no hotel employee at the reception, 11pm-8am. Because some people still find it is better to party inside a hotel room than to go somewhere local, or they come back to the hotel in late hours screaming loudly. Awful! And the hotel doesn't seem to do anything about it. The street noise can get hectic as well... from screaming kids, to music, to early morning deliveries to the restaurants. With all the noise, we couldn't sleep much 3 out of the 4 days we were there. The wifi is also not stable, neither was the shower water power, and there were always aggressive mosquitos in the room (why doesn't the hotel put anything in the room for them to stay away? So many options to block mosquitos these days!). Sadly, the hotel is away too expensive for what it offers!

Ww highly recommend staying at Palazzo Tasso! Although, like most others, there is no on-site parking, they make it VERY EASY to park. We dropped off our car at the lot they recommended (Central Park), and they drove us to the hotel. We didn't have to lug our luggage around. Theu brouggt us our car when we left, too. What a relief! We enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant in the plaza they recommended. The location is PERFECT! Our room had a small balcony overlooking the main street, Corso Italia. The room was small and the bed was firm. It was very clean, modern and perfect for us. The person at reception was very kind as well!

Had a lovely 4 night stay in the Orange room and we didn't want to leave! It had nice views across the bell tower and to the hills behind. The room was clean, modern, with an amazing amount of storage and spacious shower. The only thing missing was a full length mirror and also ear plugs are a must as the surrounding area is really noisy until 2-3am.

Upon arriving at the hotel, we were informed our room had been upgraded for free! The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The location could not have been better. Central to everything with a beautiful view of the town square. Rooms were clean.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
