Lovely old palace run by a fantastic staff, headed by Signora Daniela, a true citizen of Florence, who clearly delights in its proud history. Convenient location, very delicious and large breakfast.

We stayed 4 nights in Florence and Palazzo Tolome was an amazing experience. The location is ideal, short walk to the train station and city highlights The room was extremely clean and very large. It is a many centuries old palace, so the floors aren’t level, but for us that is part of the authentic charm. We were told that Raphael stayed in our room, for a year in the 16th century, I am sure that Palazzo Tolome helped inspire him. However what Raphael didn’t have during his stay was Daniella and her amazing team. The endless courses of savory and sweet breakfast items along with an uplifting conversation with her, the team and other guests from around the world was a perfect way to start each day. The room had drinks, sweets, etc., to compliment the stay. One night we enjoyed local refreshments and conversations with Daniella, William (Goulli) and other guests. We were provided recommendations for attractions around the city. Additionally they made dinner reservations for us at authentic local restaurants every night. There is nothing we wouldn’t have asked for and no one loves their city as much as Daniella. The next time we travel to Florence we will certainly schedule around the availability at Palazzo Tolome In a city where art, food and architecture have flourished for centuries- Palazzo Tolome, Daniella and her team left the most lasting impressions on us.

Little bit hidden but once you find you will be amazed. Great breakfast. Great location, easy walk ability to the Duomo or the Train Station. Very friendly staff. Uses a turn key lock, can be kinda hard.

Palazzo Tolomei is a magnificent historic palace located in the heart of Florence. The palace transports you back in time to a bygone era of Italian nobility and aristocracy. The architecture and decor are simply breathtaking, with intricate frescoes, grand chandeliers, and ornate furnishings adorning every room. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was delicious and served in a beautiful room filled with light. The staff were also super friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any questions or requests.

Palazzo Tolomei is a must stay!!! The palazzo itself is immaculate, very clean, and in the heart of Florence; however the thing that really sets it apart is Daniella, Riccardo, and the rest of the amazing staff. We were treated exceptionally well and were even given a bottle of wine and the most delicious cookies which helped my husband and I kick off our honeymoon! The recommendations given to us for exploring Florence were thoughtful and fantastic. One of our favorite things about staying here was the breakfast each morning which consisted of several delicious courses, a magical atmosphere, and fun conversations with Daniella. Can’t recommend staying here enough!!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
