Great conference facilities, nice big ballroom, very colorful and elegant. The food was okay, amazing presentation but could have been warm, I mean it’s an open buffet but most people would appreciate hot foods served despite despite the magnificent presentation. Really nice lobby at the hotel and event the ballroom foyer is another top notch space that can conveniently hold a huge number of guests and still be a classy setup. Now to the side that need serious intervention If you are having an event where kids are not allowed in the ballroom and you may need them confined somewhere in the kids club then be ready to pay 150 AED per child per hour to be seated in one room with loud TV and zero attention to the children. Female staff would be better fit for the kids club though

The room was spacious, we chose a suite for our anniversary stay .. everything was smooth till I forgot my baby skin products after shower ! No answer from lost and found ! They keep transferring my calls with no answer! I ordered these products online and takes time to be delivered knowing my baby has a very delicate skin and eczema ! Such a small thing with a big impact ( just don’t forget ur stuff it will definitely be lost for good with this hotel !)

This was an amazing experience for my husband and I, it was our honeymoon. We were offered a room upgrade. Water front view with a balcony Our room was beautiful and luxurious, we got a few extras which included vouchers for the spa, a box of chocolate and a congratulation cake. Really could not find a fault. The staff was friendly and kind The ambiance was relaxing and peaceful, on our leaving we were given bottled water on a golden platter. I would definitely recommend and personally stay again.

We had booked for breakfast and pool day - 10 days or so before called to be told of a large wedding and food buffet would be extended with Indian dishes - great we thought! A few days before another call this time only Indian vegetarian food - as explained we had booked for a while and the two days my parents were free were covered by this wedding so no other options. Team on phone were polite enough but basically sold us out for other guests. I emailed (as their website contact form not working) to confirm we would have to cancel and asking for confirmation - 10 days later and still no reply. Not the best way to treat your potential local guests.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
