        Stayed here for 5 days with my kids, housekeeping was cleaning our rooms everyday, changing towel and cleaning the bathrooms. The staff at the lobby were so helpful and friendly, they helped me book so many activities for my family and it was always on time and very interesting. The breakfast is normal but had all what we needed. I will definitely come back here for my next trip to Istanbul and will recommend it to everyone.

        - I had a disappointing experience at Palde Hotel and Spa. Despite its convenient location, the noise from the shared lobby and restaurant, open until 2 am, made my stay unbearable. The hotel reception was unprofessional, with staff (average sized guy with a beard) seen chatting and smoking at the restaurant's table. When I inquired about laundry, I was told to wait until the receptionist finished talking to a colleague. Horrible staff behavior; management needs to address this issue promptly. Furthermore, the overall upkeep of Palde Hotel and Spa was disappointing. Common areas were visibly neglected, with unkempt surroundings that reflected poorly on the establishment's cleanliness standards. Our dissatisfaction extended to the breakfast experience, where stacked plates and used hand wash bottles were in plain view, creating an unappetizing atmosphere. This lack of attention to hygiene and cleanliness significantly contributed to our decision to forego the hotel breakfast after just one day. The overall impression was far from the standard one would expect from a reputable hotel.

        Worst hotel ever don’t go there, it’s a trap! We arrived from a long flight and had our room already booked months ago and they tell us they need to cancel because the price was incorrect (their fault). Super rude staff and they didn’t give us any other option so we needed to look for another hotel on the street. And also, it looks disgusting, not like in the pictures, don’t even want to know how the rooms look like! DONT GO THERE

        Extremely dirty, the dinning room is not hygienic at all, they never clean and food is old and sour!!! pool was with mold and can not be used. Even if you complain they don't do anything. Awful experience, don't go there !!!

        Pros: 1-Great location, you can access many popular places and restaurants easily by walking. 2- Nice room and comfortable bed. Cons: 1- The bathroom is old, it needs some renovation. The toilet seat has an unremovable brown color from the inside which felt unhygienic. 2- The breakfast was inedible, some dishes were expired and many others were old (not fresh). 3-The employees were not friendly. 4-The electricity stopped for a few minutes while we were waiting for the elevator. Overall, it doesn’t have the standards of 4 star hotels.

          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
