Shane was great. Shane was truly a gem. The entire staff was very good however, Shane just stood out as friendly, and a true asset to the company. Great aesthetics, great vibes overall. The location is pretty good, it’s right next to an In and Out, we were able to walk around Hollywood at all hours of the night and day and didn’t feel particularly unsafe. Great experience, will definitely be staying here again

Awesome hotel! A couple blocks from the Hollywood walk of fame. Received a free drink upon arrival and promptly used it at the beautiful pool side bar. Lobby smells beautiful and has plenty of seating and nice spots to hang out. The room was very comfortable with nice clean sheets and a basket of snacks to go along with the minibar. Definitely would recommend for a boutique hotel with cute decor and accommodating service.

I don't know where to start. The rooms seemed cheap for a "4-star" hotel, but now I know why. We had rooms at the "corners": - The window offered views on... the hallway. No natural light unless you want zero privacy. - Noisy; from heaters and/or showers (unsure), and people walking around your room - Some of these rooms have the door directly in the staircase, others have no nightstands. - No adjustable thermostats Other issues were: - Having only bathrobes and silverware for one person when we were two (they mixed up the rooms) - Finding some random hair upon arrival on the not-so-clean bathroom floor For breakfast, I liked that you can order the night before. I got a call in the morning: out of the 9 items they proposed, 4 (!) were sold out. Had to change my entire order. Quality was just ok. To end on a good note, we slept pretty well despite the noise (mattress was comfortable) and all the people working there were nice and friendly.

Pros- Walking in, the hotel is chic, smells good, friendly staff. Easy check in, great pool area with lots of seating. We had a king balcony room which overlooked the pool. Room was clean, decorated nicely, plenty of towels and toiletries. Cons- The only parking the hotel offers is valet, which is $48 + 9.5% city tax. The attendant will take your car and pull it into the garage under the hotel literally 15 feet away for about $53. The hotel also charges a $25 resort fee not included in your room price.

Overall the hotel was wonderful. The staff are mostly wonderful and the manager was extremely kind and helpful. The main bartender was also a real pleasure. I spent two weeks at the hotel and would happily come back. My only recommendation is that you stay on the second floor. The ground floor rooms are a bit loud.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
