This hotel is such great value for money. I stayed here for a conference and LOVED it! Amazing location, the building was renovated so well! They really kept the historical significance while making it updated and trendy. Our room was super cute and the bed was sooooooo comfy! The restaurant on site was also super cute and delicious, great coffee- like i was back in Paris! Not all the bells and whistles in terms of amenities and service but honestly I had everything I needed. Great vibe- would highly recommend.

Aesthetically, the rooms are charming. Very chic design. Very thoughtful. But…. The rooms are super super tiny. And…. Super noisy. I asked for a quiet room, and they told me at the reception that every room was noisy. This is why they provide earplugs So, if you are sensitive to noises Be aware! Also, the refrigerator is super noisy in the room and had to be plugged out

The price is very reasonable for a four-star hotel. I love the old-fashioned European interior design. Every detail of the room set up is very thoughtful and user friendly. The bed is so comfortable! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Will be my top choice when I am back in SD.

Such a great hotel! I ended up not being able to stay overnight since my flights kept getting delayed, but they were super nice about it and let me check in at 6am on the day I would’ve been checking out to take a nap and shower! The staff was super friendly, the building was super cool and beautifully decorated, and the room was very comfortable! I was able to close the blinds and it was dark enough to nap even in the daytime, and the noise from the street was not too bad but the room came with ear plugs just in case. I really appreciated the espresso machine in the room, but I did think that the mini fridge was a bit too full of snack options (that could be purchased) because I couldn’t fit my own water bottle in there. Overall this was a really great hotel and it will be my new go-to for trips to SD!

Cute hotel with working antique elevator!! Rooms are extremely tiny but functional. Parking is not a great situation, I’d recommend parking in the lot next to the hotel for a cheaper price. Other than that, they have great Swedish fish in the lobby if you need a sugar fix. The restaurant is delicious as well.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
