Excellent, newly renovated boutique hotel. We love all the little details in the rooms and the valuable furniture. Our room had nice dishes, cutlery and a microwave, which is very handy if you are traveling for a longer time. The staff is very friendly and the bar serves excellent cocktails. Location is perfect to explore LA, great neighborhood. If you don't want to use the valet parking: you can park your car across the street at the mall for $18 per day (24 hrs). Negative point: the gym is very small and doesn't have windows. We would definitely come back and recommend the hotel to friends.

Be aware: they charge a exorbitant ~$50 ($48 + tax) for the privilege of parking at the hotel in which you paid to stay at. Parking in the area averages around $20, so they are very blatantly trying to milk you for all you're worth - to the point that it's almost insulting. That said, the hotel itself is charming and the staff are very nice. The rooms were quiet and felt very inviting.

Clearly design over function and service. Recommended if you want a party weekend rather than a relaxing stay. The little fridge in the room was so loud, we had to sleep with Oropax and woke up every hour. We received a discount after complaining. There is also loud pool music playing from 8:00 AM until dusk. There were make-up stains (like hands) on the white door leading to the bathroom which we cleaned ourselves when we arrived. They clearly focus on design, but missed some essentials: no nightstands or plugs to charge and put your phone next to the bed. We charged the phones in the little kitchenette. Only one chair per room outside on the terrace, so we carried one chair from inside the room out on the terrace. You could see many scratches on the doors - seems like other guests did this as well. Also, the online food and drink ordering at the pool and in the room did not work properly.. I guess you need an US phone number for it to work properly. The pool was also not pleasant, since there is a construction site right next to the hotel and handyman are looking at the pool.

The carefully crafted cocktails and delectable bites were a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the vibrant West Hollywood scene. The location of the hotel was another major plus, with easy access to the bustling streets of West Hollywood while still offering a peaceful retreat.

Stayed here for 4 nights for a rather last min work trip. You can’t beat the location, right in a rare walking area in LA. Front desk service was incredible, the man who checked me in, I can’t remember his name but he was Ukrainian and was so warm and knowledgeable about the area. It was a quick and seamless check in. The rooms are a decent size and have very cute decor. The bed and pillows are comfortable and the shower has good pressure. Literally everything you need for a good hotel stay. The pool is chill too! The restaurant is so good, loved the bfast muffin and the turkey club was huge! Cait, Ariha, and Jonathan helped with my check out process and that was equally as efficient and friendly too. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
