Overall this is a pretty nice hostel, my main concern is that the bathroom smelled terrible (like mold) upon arrival and continued to get worse as we stayed there. If you are at all sensitive to smells I do not recommend staying here as it is a very unpleasant smell. The rooms also don’t have lighting and individual storage for each bed as most other hostels do. Besides this, the location is nice as it is close to the train station and it felt pretty secure with a buzzer system to get into the building. The beds, pillow, and sheets are also pretty comfortable.

Great location, great staff. Everything was perfect. The rooms, the common spaces were super clean. Everyone was so friendly and so nice to us. We stayed in a 4 bed room. The room was quite spacious. Also the bed sheets and the bathroom inside the room was really clean. They had an event for every night and we loved the wine night 🥹 Also they let us use the luggage room before the check in and after the check out which was also pretty great. Thank you for this great stay, hope to see you again xx

The location is great! Really close to train/metro station. There is 20' by walk to main attractions as fontana di trevi and so on. The room? big enough, stuff in good condition, the bed comfortable, perfect temperature inside. The bathrooms really clean. Nothing to complain with about. The staff really nice and helpful. Highly recommended!

Staff were lovely and very helpful. My friend and I stayed for 5 days and it was great. Very social hostel, very clean and well taken care of. Close to station and a 15 minute walk from colosseum. Highly recommend it

Great location, 24/7 luggage storage, clean rooms, extremely friendly staff, vibrant common areas, would definitely return. Jeffrey was incredibly helpful checking us in, and he gave us a late checkout.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
