Had a great stay at Palm Bay! The staff were so incredibly kind and service minded and the atmosphere was great, excellent value for the money. We booked three nights but extended two more nights because we enjoyed it so much. Easy to get around with motorbike (also possible to walk, but you'd have to walk up quite a dark alley)! Not many vegetarian options at the breakfast (didn't specifically ask for it either), but there were plenty of options in the area.

Excellent resort. It opened half a year ago, so its pretty new and in good condition. Motorbikes available for rent. Swimming pool in the middle. Daily Breakfast has been great. Host is kind and polite. A beautiful cat resides in the resort as well. What more to ask for? I booked this place for 4 nights at a good price too!

We stayed with Palm Bay for 2 weeks in December 2023. Best lodging experience ever. Brand new (July 2023) property; family owned and operated; hyper clean; a full staff of Customer Service Superstars, especially "Pink" at reception, she's amazing with ANYTHING you need, AND, organized a surprise Birthday Gift in our room for my wife. Swimming pool is amazing; crystal clear; up to 5 feet depth; the heartbeat and meeting point with other guests, too, from all over the world

It was a wonderful experience, the staff were very nice and accommodating especially that girl wearing a white uniform always, I think she's a trainee, but she's already good at what she's doing, very attentive, very lovely, her personality really fits in the front desk. The place was very beautiful and greenery. The pool was clean, it had an area for adults and kids. We stayed here for 4 days and everyday they cleaned our room and gave us a new bottle of water, refilled our shampoo and our body soap. The room was nice, it had a fan and air-conditioning, a tv and also a mini fridge, and beds were very comfy. My favourite area of our room was the shower room, you'll know when you go. The breakfast was delicious. They also do laundry and motorbikes rent and they also have a car to send or pick up you from your location for a very reasonable price. They also have a very cute dog that my son calls him 'Catcha' and also a cat that only sits on the sofa. 🤣 The resort was very close to most of the restaurants, massage spa, travel and tour and beach resort areas. We will definitely come back here again.

The owner and staffs are super friendly. The place is new and very clean, i like that they’re trying to be green and have shower gel/shampoo dispenser wall mounted. Room is very spacious and bright. Both AC and fan provided. Clean pool. Delicious breakfast. Hope Palm Bay can maintain this. Will definitely stay here again next time.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
