I had read a wide range of reviews of the property of this property before staying here so I really did not know what to expect.- as not all of the reviews had been good. I might also say that in the past year I had stayed in 4 hotels in the vicinity of Rome Termini station - all of which were fine. I must say though that the Palma residences were the best I have stayed in . To give some reasons - first LOCATION - the residence is just a 5 minute walk from Termini station and the Rome Metro so quite convenient when walking with luggage to your hotel. The room itself was excellent - I would guess it has been recently renovated - as the bathroom was spotless with new tile and what appeared to be a new toilet and bidet. There was absolutely no mold to be found anywhere in the toilet - it was spotless and had plenty of hot water (I have great appreciation for clean bathrooms). The room was small but clean and comfortable with a desk and wardrobe as well as a comfortable bed and a small refrigerator that was great for keeping things cold. The room was serviced daily with clean towels provided and soap and body wash and extra rolls of toilet tissue. The management was friendly and while of course it is not the Hilton - it was great value for the money and if I have the occasion to return to Rome - it will be a top choice for my accommodation there.

We stayed for four nights and I’m more than satisfied since it’s extremely close to the Termini station. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and we received new towels every day. Furthermore, they cleaned the bathroom every day and made our bed. Considering the fact that it’s a hotel on a budget, it was very comfortable, clean and had a great service. If I came to Rome again, I’d definitely stay here.

Stayed for 1 night. Everything was perfect. Ideal location easy access to bus and metro. Room was very clean and staff were helpful. Can’t complain, lovely room to come back to after a busy day in Rome. Perfect for a couple who are busy all day.

Pros: - The room was in a good location - The guys on reception were really helpful with ordering taxis for us and giving advice when needed too. - We were given clean towels daily - Thankfully the air con worked (35-38 degrees every day!) Cons: - Our sheets weren't changed in 5 days and the floor didn't appear to have been cleaned much either. - Unfortunately my brand new portable nebulizer was taken from my room (didn't think I would need to lock something like that in the safe!) which was extremely disappointing/distressing as an asthmatic it is life-saving equipment if/when needed...luckily I didn't need it whilst there & only realised it had gone as we were leaving. Such a shame as we had enjoyed our stay up to that point.

Initial impression of the place was to run! The desk manager was rude and dismissive. Then the appearance of the entrance area (a couple of streets away from the check in desk) was horrendous. I seriously thought I was in a horror movie set in the 1940's. However the actual room appears to be ok. Small but bright. The towels look a bit worn out and a dull white. It seems fairly clean. Close to everything. Ok for a night.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
