Rude and unhelpful service, room had dust on almost everything, basic amenities were missing from room, it was really cold in the room when we got it. Bed was really small with old mattresses and worn out pillows. Towels were really old and thin and were about to tear apart after the continuous use. I would recommend to pay 10 euro extra and find a better accommodation. The only positive was its location. Its close to bus and metro B.

The only good thing about the property is location is good near Roma Termini. Cons: 1. We checked in early, told them to give a proper room in a specific building, came back after sightseeing, and they gave not a very good room in another building. 2. Room was cold, we tried to get the blanket from cupboard, and the blanket had hairs on that. Who would like to sleep with a blanket with someone else's hair. 3. Bathroom is too small, literally there is no space between basin and commode. 4. The key of the room wasn't working properly, there were two locks only one was working, but yet we have to put ample of time to lock and unlock. We reported it but no luck , it was for one night and they were adamant that they won't change the room. Disappointed in every aspects expect the location.

Perfect service, very well appreciated information about places around the hotel and sightseeings to visit. Super kind host, with humour and amazing behaviour! Rooms very very clean! Convenient location, very close to the metro station and right next to the station of a bus that was taking us everywhere! Thank you very much! Everything perfect! I do recommend it!!

Palma Residence was a great place to stay on a 3 minute walk from Roma Termini Station with everything within reach. The room was spacious enough even if the bathroom was a bit small. We had some issues opening the doors with the keys so that could be improved. Staff was polite and the place was very clean. Room was equipped with a small fridge there was no iron however. Overall the stay was was enjoyable and very affordable!

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
