Super happy with the room. There was everything you could possibly ask for. I've stayed quite a few places in phuket and this one takes the top spot. Clean. Bathroom was really nice. Bed was firm which was great for me. There was a washing machine for all my dirty muay thai clothes. Microwave in case of urgent food heating needs. Rooftop pool was awesome to have. There is a small gym I didn't use but convenient. Super short walk, like 8 min, to Surin beach, which is in my opinion the most beautiful beach in phuket. 7eleven 5 min away. Felt really safe staying here. The only thing that could be improved is the wifi service. It was not always strong. Overall, I would recommend and would absolutely stay again.

Not very clean. Need parking spaces to be cleaned. Lobby needs new furniture. Location is okay. Good staff. Limited quality restaurants. If you like street food perfect location. Beach is okay. Not large. Thai citizens are very helpful and kind. Thai restaurants near hotel are good. Palmyrah need to invest in cleaning also concrete areas. Overall could be a nice place .

If you see the pictures and you get excited to book, dont be. It does not look or feel like the photos. This is nothing more than an average stay for a premium price. Facilities are outdated, pool is small and looks run down, gym is unusable, and cleaning of the rooms is abysmal. The furniture in the rooms need a rehaul, and as previous reviews have mentioned it is not very clean. However, the area is very nice area and it's quiet. Definitely not worth any money, and for the same price you can enjoy the luxury of the 6th Avenue Condos accross the street.

Comfortable and cute little one bedroom apartments. Some apartments have better amenities depending on who you book with. I highly recommend getting one with a washing machine. Pools are very clean and nice. I docked a star because the lobby furniture is worn out and old.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
