I leave the bad review regarding one case. The hotel was booked for 20.08-26.08.23, but we left a day earlier. A huge minus of the hotel is in inadequate management. Follow the story. There was booked a double room with my daughter. On 25.08 at 20:00 my husband arrived, as the next day we had to leave early - 7am. I talked to the reception in the morning this day and asked if it was possible for my husband to spend one night, we had two rooms and it’s quite normal for three of us, I was confirmed that there were no problems. The husband arrived late evening, the guard did not want to let him in, because he did not have a bracelet. Next we spent 40 minutes at reception try to solve “the problem”. The receptionist gave the phone to my husband to talk to the manager. The manager allowed himself to yell at my husband and repeated several times that if he wanted to stay, he had to pay 75 euros per night. After such an appeal, we packed our things and left immediately. Shouting and yelling at a guest - is it correct behavior? Minuses: 1. quite modest breakfasts: every day is the same food, no variety. It’s traditional Turkish breakfast: cheese, eggs,greens, olives, jams, bread. 2. The withered greens left over from the evening and come to your breakfast; 3. For six nights we didn’t get bed cloths changing; 4. The floor in the room was washed only once; 5. The towels were changed once. 6. It was nosy from the nearest night clubs or bars even if the windows close; 7. No free drinks for dinner, even you should buy water. 8. The sport hall is equipped with old equipment, no air conditioning, the equipment scattered across the floor. Pluses: 1. Nice water pool and area near the pool 2. Nice dinners. There are a lot of kinds of sweets, chicken, fish, meat, you have choice to get you like and want. 3. Polite and nice service at restaurant. Regarding the bad and disgusting attitude of the manager and multiple to the all minuses I don’t advise to visit this hotel.

Paloma Marina Suites is a great Location. Food is Very Good something for every palette. Rooms are very nice. Could do with a long mirror and better lighting. Our room was a bit dark. Very little TV Stations for the UK holidaymakers. Good Bus and taxi service. Restaurant overlooks the marina and is a great view. Need to get there early to bag a table with a view. Staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. Down town Bizarre is Fabulaus. Little Streets of shops everywhere. I cannot fault this area and will be back ...

Absolutely amazing! One of the best Hotel's I've been to. Amazing food & drinks,great service, excellent location. Best holiday experience we had in a long time! Will definitely be recommended to all our friends

The hotel was good, but only good, and definitely not the best. When it comes to the positive aspects: - The hotel was clean and situated in a satisfying location with lots of attractions, a bus stop, a supermarket, and many restaurants nearby. - The place was safe, with security guards. - The garden and pool area were very nice, quiet, and spacious for guests. - Apartment was very spacious, with two rooms, a TV, air conditioning, and a sofa. We had a fridge, kettle, and cups for our use. The hotel room had tea and coffee, as well as toiletries in the bathroom. - View from the restaurant was breathtaking. - The rooms were cleaned every day, and the cleaning staff was very kind. - Wi-Fi connection was good. Moving on to the negative aspects: The sunbeds were dirty. - If you wanted a drink for dinner, you had to pay, even for water. - Before dinner, some guests were making reservations for the best tables with a good panoramic view. It seemed like the waitstaff were making reservations for extra money without informing other guests about the possibility. - The food wasn't very bad overall, but for a week-long stay, it became repetitive after a few days. There wasn't much variety for European guests. Trying some Turkish flavors wouldn't have been bad, but some dishes and vegetables seemed old and had been used for a few days. - We had a room with a land view, and we didn't expect much, but we were very disappointed with what we got. First of all, our view was of an old, messy garage with lights on all night, making loud noises. This made our balcony only useful for towel drying. Every two days, staff were throwing out barrels from above us. Secondly, the room was very dark during the day with inadequate lighting. Furthermore, the room had many issues that were unacceptable: a non-working safe, a broken standing lamp, a hole in the ceiling, and not enough sockets. The beds were also moving apart during the night. Perhaps our review would have been better if we could have had a room with a view of at least some bushes and trees, not a garage and barrels.

MINUS POINTS: 1. Very dirty disgusting rooms, there was a blood stain on the sofa, see picture down below. 2. There was black mold everywhere on the walls in the bathroom. No window in the bathroom or ventilation, see also pictures down below 3. The housekeeping didn’t even one time change the towels, i had to take it myself from her cleaning car. 4. Dirty bed sheets with stains on it. 5. There was a lot of noise, the rooms are very noisy. You hear music from the clubs/bars in the street the whole night. I couldnt sleep if i havent brought my earplugs. 6. The pillows on the bed of the pool are always dirty with stains on it. So are the beach umberella’s dirty with black stains on it, some umberellas won’t even open. And there is no worker around the pool that can help you with that problem. 7. No free drinks. And if you don’t want anything to drink they make fun of you and laugh at you. That is so disrespectful to laugh in someones face and make fun of them. PLUS POINTS: 1. The food was amazing, breakfast and diner. Everyday very veried. And the cooking staff is very kind. 2. There is always place at the pool beds. It is very quiet at the pool. 3. The hotel is close to everything, shopping stores/centrum/restaurants.
