Our second visit to Paloma. A very pleasant, comfortable and relaxing stay. Nice and clean rooms, high quality food and top class staff approach. This year they even helped us order a smartwatch charger as we had forgotten ours 👍 looking forward to seeing you again

Overall we loved our stay at the hotel. Positives: Great beach and the sea, nice green and clean territory, convenient room for family with 3 kids. Food was also great, tasty and we always had enough choice. Free minibar at the room was very helpful. You can also have a walk outside of the hotel. Shows were rare at that time of the year but nevertheless great. Negatives: We loved the food at the main restaurant but the drinks you have to order and this created some unnecessary tension... sometimes we had to wait for our drinks far too long, one time the waiter asked us to exchange some dollars hinting at tips which did not make a good impression.

We have visited paloma oceana several times over the last 8 years, The staff at the private villa section Nezma and lufti are the most friendly helpful staff, we missed them on there days off (the service is not quite as good without them) The hotel has a lovely friendly atmosphere and the staff all seem very happy to help. We had a lovely vase of fresh flowers in our room on arrival and the cleaners made the most amazing swans etc with the towels The room service is an excellent addition. We look forward to seeing you next year. It's sad to be home 😔

The hotel is rather big, has it's own sandy beach. There is a main building, lower joint houses ( bungalows) and villas. On the web page it is very little info about the bungalows. It looks lije, tgey are very few, but it is not the case. The hotel has a nice green garden, a few swimming pools, water sliding hills. Compliments to the massagists at the spa. One of the best massages ever received. The evening programme this time of the year is nothing wow. The live piano music is nice. The food variety at the restaurant is huge. The meals are of a good quality and tasty.

Awesome hotel. Family holiday and we all absolutely loved it. The room was very good and big enough for 4. The restaurant was very busy but there was decent food. Just pick your time to go (ideally after 8pm). A la carte restaurants were all fabulous. Great food and great service. Worth the supplement on the steak one for sure 😊. Slides were excellent, 2 huge pools, beautiful piano bar and patisserie was excellent. Snack bars swerve fantastic lunch time food and one on the beach does a daily street food special. The pancake lady is brilliant and the lifeguards looked like they were on the ball round the slide pool which was reassuring - I could go on and on. Very close to literally dozens of not 100's of shops for all your genuine fakes and pick up the dolmus right outside for a trip to the harbour etc. I didn't use the spa or gym but it looked stunning in there Tip once in a while for even better service as they work so hard and do appreciate it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
