We stayed in the connecting rooms for 5 of us. I can understand why this is highly rated about resort. My kids LOVE the water slides and there are enough sunbeds for us to laze about. Rooms are spacious and everything u need (toiletries, towels, umbrellas, beach towels and beach bags) are provided for. We only brought our toothbrushes and toothpaste. Breakfast spread was awesome and the staff were able to handle the morning crowd with efficient tables cleaning up and setting up ready for the next guests. At the main entrance, right turn and walk further down is a 7 11. If you do a left turn, walk further down are food stores and massage houses. The walk to the beach is about 10min which is fine for us. I would highly recommend this place to families. With the pool and the water slides, we can stay here all day long.

Swimming pool and the slides are great. However most of the staffs I have seen here were unprofessional and nobody really cares about the guest. At the first day after checking in we found some rotten fruits and mold on the floor. We called housekeeper to clean up. After she came to the room and cleaned up, she just asked me “That’s all?”, she didn’t even apologise and gone. I know everyone is busy but better think of the guest. Breakfast service, quality and variety of food must be improved. Need proper management and training.

Lovely hotel, Aztec themed and geared for kids. Food and drink prices are higher than normal but it's to be expected on Phuket (Kata/Karon). Majority of clientele are of Russian descent, then Asian (Korean/Chinese), this is the norm across the island. The activity pool is great, kids love it. Decent gym and kids club. The rooms are great, were in a fanily room (very large and comfortable super king + bunk for kids). Lovely shower, ice cold Aircon, good water pressure. Location is good, in the middle of Kata. Staff are attentive as expected if you are respectful. This is the same anywhere, be respectful to the staff and it will be reciprocated.

Good location on Kata beach. And fantastic fun on the slides (although they could do with a bit of maintenance to smooth out the joints; ouch, sore backs!) The bunk beds in the family room use the space well. But that's where the positives end; the service is poor, breakfast was boring and repetitive and the customers (almost exclusively Russian) took so much food. Also, the coffee is disgusting - I can't remember the last time I stayed at a hotel without a coffee machine at breakfast.

We are loving our stay here. Staff is great food is good and pool is awesome for kids. We didn’t get the view that we hoped for as I thought I bought poolside view but that’s ok. Market shops are walking distance along with other street foods etc.. Note- if you like super super hard beds, then you’ll love it here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
