        Incredible hotel! A very short walk from the station and I was greeted by a lovely receptionist at 10 pm. Check-in was smooth, and I was given a late checkout, which was so beneficial for my trip. Thank you to the amazing hotel attendant who treated me like royalty, took my bags to the room, and set up the suite for me. The bed was very comfortable! Not often do I sleep so well on a hotel bed, but the suite I had was just mind-blowing! It was a nice touch to have my name on the TV screen as a welcome message. The room was well stocked with snacks and treats. Bathroom facilities were also exceptional. Great shower as well! The views at night and during the day of the city were by far the best I've seen! It was a very nice touch to have electric curtains too so can close the curtains by a flick of a switch. Breakfast was very tasty too. Lots of fresh fruit available.The gym and pool were also exceptional too! I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning for another visit in the future. Thank you so much for everything!

        My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Pan Pacific London over the weekend. We were upgraded to the Devonshire Suite on arrival which was a lovely surprise. The room was just fantastic with views of St Paul’s Cathedral. The service was exemplary from check-in through to breakfast at Straits Kitchen. When my wife needed dental floss, the housekeeping team went out of their way to source it for her. We were really impressed! Special thanks go to Emily Simpson who went above and beyond to look after us. She is an asset to the Pan Pacific London team. We will definitely be back!

        Did a spa treatment with my 6 year old daughter as a non hotel resident. Fantastic service and a great experience all round. They used a suite to do the massage/treatment so cannot comment on what the treatment rooms are like. However the relaxation room was lovely and the pool the highlight! It is not the best spa in London but definitely worth a visit as its one of only 2 hotels that provide treatments for children. The spa is immaculately clean, staff are constantly cleaning. Would highly recommend.

        Amazing service and really nice sized rooms! The front desk is very helpful! Pool water is a bit cold and should be heated more. Overall fantastic choice for a 5 star hotel! Update: they made the pool water warmer! Thanks again for an amazing stay!

        My second stay in Pan Pacific London has been delightful. Room is spacious. The doorman and reception staff are exceptionally friendly. Just a minor concern regarding the inconsistency in bathroom amenities between the deluxe and premium rooms. E.g. the slippers in the deluxe room seem a bit cheap and thin, reminiscent of slippers from a 3-star hotel, while the Pan Pacific logo ones in the premium room are of much higher quality. The bathroom mat this time appears somewhat worn out. But overall - I would recommend staying in Pan Pacific. It’s an excellent choice. This will be my new go-to hotel in London

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
