Great overall experience with the family. Booking process via email was smooth and convenient. Check-in process with Shawn was also efficient. Room cleaning service provided by Sharmila included a well-written note and was thorough. Breakfast buffet was also well managed by the manager (whose name escapes me). Definitely would stay again and would recommend.

Fantastic location, newly fitted out rooms. Plenty of space with good value for money considering fitout and location. Great gym and pool. Room style is super modern and tasteful; excellently stocked kitchen, plenty of crockery cutlery and utensils, MICROWAVE!!, toaster, BINS where you need them!! Awesome bathrooms, hard comfy beds, desk & workspace, great TVs, dedicated dining table. Love the fact that they commit to reducing waste by using large multi-dispensing shampoo and body wash in showers. Even thought to provide sponges and dishwashing liquid!! Will be my #1 choice when coming back to KL. Only ways it could be improved - thermostat for A/C seems to be a bit off, had to modify temp up and down by degree or 2 overnight, plugs aren't international

Just returned from a short trip to KL and we stayed at this property. Overall design of the room is clean and simple but big on comfort, space and quiet luxury. The kitchen though small comes fully equipped! It has a washing machine too! The room also offers unobstructed view of KL city! My favourite part of this property is its close proximity to malls, F&B outlets, supermarkets etc. Even the newly opened mega mall The Exchange TRX is just a short 10mins plus walk away. Once you checked in here, literally everything you need or want is just a short walk away. You will be spoiled with food options as the property is surrounded by fast food outlets, food court, food market, and restaurants of varied cuisine - all within a short 10mins walk. The staffs are very friendly and helpful and makes our short stay so delightful! Room attendant Siti even left a personal note of thanks day before we return home. That’s personal service at its best!

Stayed at the Pan Pacific Serviced Suites for 5 nights, and it was absolutely lovely. Very modern and updated with all the amenities you need, such as washing machine, microwave, oven, kettle, etc. The bed is absolutely massive, and all 3 of us were able to sleep together without any issues. Also with a separate sitting area really helped, and there was plenty of space to relax. The bathroom was massive and very clean. The only thing I would say they need to improve on is the breakfast area. The options for the buffet breakfast are very limited and not a lot of options to choose from.

Location is good and is spacious but service is bad. Morning already request to have housekeeping, but have yet to clean when I reach hotel at 4pm. The room has weird toilet smell and a bit cockroach smell, I am not sure where does it come from. I did not request to change the room because the smell is not too strong and is bearable. I did changed the room once because of the strong smell and technician say is the sewage issue. Morning I ask the staff to recommend any place to have breakfast nearby and he said he is busy and will attend to me shortly. After he has settled his customer and he did not come back to me even though I was there waiting for him. I think he is not helpful at all. It is OK to help the existing customer but he should follow up on my enquiry after that.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
