        The GTC complex in general is amazing. Most of the spots are not yet open however the suites are perfect for an extended stay in Nairobi. I was here for a month for work and it was an excellent location to work out of. Centrally located to most business spots in Nairobi I needed to go, fast WiFi, power always on, good restaurant on site for when you don’t want to cook or go out after a long day. 10/10 will recommend to my colleagues when they need to come down here for work.

        This is difficult to review. The rooms are big and outstanding quality. All perfectly equipped with top notch material. The bed are very comfy, the bathroom luxury. Security, location and breakfast all good 5*. Confusing was that there was almost no food available at the arrival early evening and not one soda. The reception service was very professional but some issues went wrong: my keycard didn't run at the checkout day and they were not able to produce a masterkey in twenty minutes. The checkout process was disturbing a lot because they wanted to debit again and revert the prepayment which was away from my account. The processes seem still new towards a discovery titanium member and the main clientele seems Chinese. But price value excellent

        Good place ... lots of towers means lots of rooms...depending on which room you select you get the view...fortunately we got a good one and the view was the skyline on nairobi which was😍...staff is good..its pretty new so everything in the room is in the best of condition(at the moment) only sad thing is their breakfast...totally disappointing 😞

        I had a brief stat here and I enjoyed my stay. The suites are incredible and the service is warm and friendly. The building is new so all amenities are in great condition.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
