        I stayed at this hotel for about a week, as I couldn't find another option. Reflecting on my experience, I wouldn't return to this hotel, especially during the peak season. While the price is relatively lower compared to other hotels, it comes at the cost of comfort and location. The hotel is quite far from major attractions, requiring a 30-40 minute drive depending on traffic. The room quality was disappointing. I noticed stains on the sheets, holes in pillowcases, and, oddly, someone's red underwear was left in my bathroom. The reception was fine, but the soundproofing in the rooms was terrible, making it easy to hear everything. The TV was outdated, and getting hot water required a long wait. The cleaning service was intrusive; they entered and cleaned my room despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign, showing a lack of training and understanding of guest privacy. This is a basic aspect of service that was poorly handled here. Overall, while this hotel might be an option in a pinch, it's not the right choice for a comfortable stay.

        We booked one of the chalets for 1 night. It was clean, towels were provided. There was AC. A fridge & kettle. There was a porch area with an outdoor sofa. The only thing we would say it needs would be a fresh bit of paint. The staff were friendly and accommodating, they sorted us a scooter and a taxi back to the ferry.

        Have stayed at resort twice while in koh sumi. The staff are excellent except that the owner who has two resorts works them like slaves. You have staff working 12 to 15 hours 6 days a week and if lucky one day off. This is an owner who does not respect the staff and needs to hire 3 to 4 additional staff for this facility to give the staff a decent work life balance. You would be suprised as to the smile on there face when they have no sleep and work 25 to 26 hrs in two days. When end of year bonus arrives should be 10,000 Balt per employee but is far short for all the money the owners make. Please tell the owners they should respect there staff and hire the staff to operate with some respect for your front line employees. If the staff are working 25 to 26 hrs every two days then hire and give your staff a reasonable day of 8 hrs or 10 hrs with 3 days off. For customers please ask staff how many hours they are working and if owner can’t respect his employees go stay at other resorts nowhere near this location. .

        Very nice and cozy resort. Not much crowded. The pools were amazing the bigger one a bit better since it was colder. The reception guy was great, solved problem with AC for us even though it was a bit later in the evening. Always smiling. Just a bit sad that when we were leaving he was not there so we could not say bye :( would recommend this place.

        Absolutely incredible resort, private, not crowded, feels like vip treatment. Staff and especially manager are beyond helpful and caring. I highly recommend it. Large long pool, spectacular views onto the ocean right from balcony. Will come back.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
