This was our last hotel on a one month trip. The location of this hotel is great. It’s in the middle of a very nice neighborhood. Very close to absolutely everything you would need. The room was large and clean. Bed was comfortable. I’m not sure if compared to the other 4 star hotels the others in our group stayed at, I would rank this a 4 star but it was good. The front desk and guard are very friendly , however the breakfast experience was pretty negative. The first day it was freezing in the eating area and no heat was on. Everyone was eating with their full outdoor coats on. The staff is very unfriendly and at times made you feel unwelcome and just bad about being there. It was our only negative experience with locals on our entire trip.

The hotel is very well located: walking distance to a subway station and to Costanera Sky. The rooms are clean and large. The swimming pool was out of order and there were two pieces of equipment at the gym that were not functioning, which was disappointing. Vitor was by far the friendliest and the most welcoming hotel receptionist, he assisted us whenever needed! Breakfast was also well served. Good stay and experience!

Nice clean hotel in a good location. Would not say it’s a 4* hotel standard though. Bedding, towels, rooms, bathroom, windows not quite 4*.

This is an awesome hotel, especially for the price. Providencia is a great location; the hotel is a few blocks from restaurants and the Metro, it is less than a mile from the Teleférico, and the neighborhood felt very safe. Also, the hotel was very clean, the WiFi was great, and the bed was super comfy.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
