The perfect resort for delicious breakfast and refreshing drinks. Especially the mango cheesecake is great! Their service is very good and there is really nothing bad I can say about this location. A visit is definitely a decision you won't regret. Also the beach is 10 minutes away by foot.

We stayed with my family (husband and 4 years old girl) in this resort during our trip to Thailand in January 23’ Can’t recommend it enough! Everything was amazing: the rooms beautiful and comfortable , the friendly and helpful staff, the very convenient location close to restaurants, shops and the beach, the facilities (our daughter loved the pool and I loved the gym) the delicious breakfast full of variety (pastries were so yummy and done in situ). We’ll come back on our next trip to Thailand!

Very nice upscale hotel. About a 10 minute walk down to the beach. The hotel has a great pool with swim up bar. Here they have a great restaurant and café that offers different cuisines and cooking classes if you are interested. The room is very comfortable with great views of the cliffs and sea. I really like the walk in shower in my room

Awesome resort to stay, enjoy and have fun especially for families, this is the best resort in Krabi. The taxi services and check in process were quick and the rooms are fantastic. Beautifully furnished, very elegant and simple. Jacuzzi is available for the family room and a fantastic shower area. Spacious balcony to sit and enjoy the views too. Awesome breakfast and everything is halal. You can enjoy the buffet breakfast with great options. The staff are very helpful and awesome service. Highly recommend you to stay here 👌👌👌👌👌

Amazing resort, best location, wonderful staff who try to cater to your needs that you haven't even expressed. The resort boasts two beautiful pools (roof top) and one across the resort which comes with an amazing poolside bar which is just so good. The breakfast has a wide range of offering for every taste bud. Panan can rest assured that their crew is what's going to keep bringing guests to them Kudos to the team. Loved my long stay with you folks 😘

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
