Our family stayed here for our last night in Penida, as it was on the north-east side of Nusa Penida, as we visited Diamond and Atuh beaches on our third day. Room was clean but there are not many amenities provided. The entry to the property is a little bit tricky. The water in the bathroom are salt water, as it was normal in northern part of Penida. The pool at the back side of hotel were not cleaned. Algae grew already and it was SLIPPERY. My father in-law almost slipped as he entered the pool. Breakfast was enjoyable. Staffs were polite and friendly.

This is one of the best stay i had in my Bali trip.everything is so good there. The view from room and breakfast. Services is also very good. The location is very good. Near to restaurants and mini marts.

Disappointed with the sea view rooms ..!! Food is so tasty ..!!! If ur in budget u can but if ur looking for luxury don’t go for it ..!! No phone in the room nor any person will be available near to room ..!! Bike services are given with low price ..!! Staff is friendly..!!!

Everything about the hotel was great! The staff was lovely and very accommodating to our needs. The room was beautiful and clean ✨ The view from the hotel is amazing! Especially at breakfast, which was also nice. There are scooters readily available for rent at a good price. And the gym was very well equipped and included in the room price! Also close to many good restaurants and bars. Catappa Warung is definitely worth a visit at the foot of the hotel. The food is incredible and so reasonably priced! Also the view/setting is wow ✨ All in all a great place to stay on the Island 😁

This resort is fantastic with amazing service. Everything is great including view, food and all. I highly recommend this hotel if anyone wants pleasant stay in Nusa Penida.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
