        Beautiful scenery and top notch view. Froggy the resort driver especially is one beautiful soul who you can never forget. The best driver with the biggest smile. If you are after a stunning view and low key location. This would be for you, If you are a bit older 60s plus I would not recommend as it is mainly tiled and gets wet easily. Would not recommend for little young children. Most taxi drivers wont go up the hill or will charge an extra 100 thai baht to go up the mountain. All in all it is a beautiful location definitely instagram worthy. Thank you beautiful Koh Samui

        The view in the rooms are amazing, very IG ready. The staff are kind and helpful, and the hotel is well kept. Amazing views like these only come in high elevations, so please note that the hotel is on a hill. The hotel offers shuttle services up and down the hill from morning until evening, which is highly accommodating.

        Not sound proof. No backup generator while power cuts are common at the slightest rain fall. Dirty patio. Fluorescent circadian rhythm breaking lights. Broken garden door. Cheap polyester bed linen. Wifi didn't work most of the time. Lack of privacy. Broken lights in the room. Gross smell. Water and power cuts. Lose sink tap and shower. No charger next to bed. Crumbling paint. Vegetable oils (POISON) in the restaurant. Lack of privacy curtains to bring in light without blacking out. Loud emotional music in the restaurant. Room service needs cash while it's on a mountain (Why not add it to room number or bring the card system from your restaurant?) No water pressure. Uncomfortable couch. Thin pillows. No food delivery in the evening. Misaligned painting. Wine fridge broken. Closets are loud when opened. Security doesn't speak English. Fridge is too small for long term stay. Wifi didn't get fixed for 3 weeks. Right now we can't get AC or shower before bed (again) because they don't have a backup generator when a small amount of rain creates powercuts. On a positive note the views are nice and staff I've interacted with are kind. Excellent gym. If you advertise yourself as "luxurious" it should be managed it as such.

        One of the worst properties that I have stayed in where problems start from the start of the stay. Property is not fit for either families or friends for following reasons: no room service before 9am while all tours would require you to come before 8am Restaurant starts at 8am and there is hardly any staff so you would need to plan for 2-3 hours for a meal Came back on 1st day after a tour at 9.30pm and saw that rooms have not been cleaned and they mentioned reason being they don't have a key for this room as second key has been lost by house keeping One of the rooms had water leakage and needed to be changed and even after change 2nd room sink was block ..so what kind of maintenance in property. Key was taken for making a spare one and no reply from reception on when it will be ready and how we are supposed to leave for the day without locking the room. Whole day lost waiting for the keys Property being on hill you can't order food from outside as nobody delivers From 10 in night till 8 in morning you can't find any house keeping or front desk staff with only option being one security guard who says come after 8 am No concierge to assist in taxi bookings as GRAB also refuses to come at the hill There is nothing called hill to my room and for every order either laundry or room service you need to make immediate payments this kids even need to have cash handy Restaurant service level is considerably low and only saving grace is last day we get a biggest shock of no water in any of the taps. No info sent by hotel staff and even phone call / message not replied. When went up to speak to the person he casually says that yes we don’t have water for next few hours and nothing else While checking out the complete room rent was also charged 3% extra for card payment which was not informed or mentioned anywhere in the booking confirmation copy This property doesn’t care about the guests and for them everything is take it or leave. To be avoided at all costs.

        The presence of lizards adds to the overall experience of the apartment; you will encounter a diverse range of wildlife both inside and outside. However, the level of cleanliness is subpar, in my opinion, earning a rating of 4 out of 10. Additionally, the interior and amenities of the apartment appear outdated and in need of renovations, especially considering the steep rental charges. Overall, I do not believe it is worth the cost.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
