Beautiful apartment overlooking the Doumo. It is on a main street so it was easy to find but can be busy - seemingly all of Florence is that busy. At the top of 5 flights of stairs, and, no elevator so be prepared to sweat a little carrying up your bags (large landings at each floor to rest if needed). Make sure you turn on the lights at the bottom of the stairs or it will be dark all the way up. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a washing machine for laundry.

Room meets basic needs, but had several issues. We stayed for 2 nights and the main issues were: 1) Upon entering there was a paint smell, so we had to open the window to an open back area that then smelled of sewage and was quite noisy as sound echoed upward off the building. With the windows open, we also had mosquitoes fly in, so we chose to deal with the paint smell instead. 2) Shower has no temperature regulator and no pressure regulator. It would go from scorching hot to freezing cold and back constantly. Sometimes it would sputter, spit and stop flowing altogether. One night it ran out of hot water completely. 3) There are a LOT of stairs and no lift. Luckily we didn't have heavy bags and are able bodied, but this could be a nightmare otherwise. 4) There was a washer, but no dryer and no detergent. On the plus side, it looked newish and was clean. Neutral notes: no garbage can be left in the suite or else you'll be charged an extra fee.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Short walk to Duomo, Accademia. The apartment has all the facilities you need. Go on cycle tour with Fat Tire tours. You'll see much more than walking.

We visited Florence for 3 days. The room was compact but fine for a short city break. It was clean and modern. We stayed in the Vasari 2 person room that didn't have a view of the city (see picture). The first night was good however on the second night we noticed a bad smell coming from the bathroom. We notified the manager (Ema) the next day, as the smell had gotten worse, who first said this was because Florence is an old city. She then sent someone round to clean the apartment although we knew the smell was coming from the drains and even up through the kitchen sink in our studio apartment. We text the manager a few more times asking that as the problem hadn't been solved could we get some compensation to which they didn't reply. I had to block the sink and shower plug holes up with wet tissue paper to try and stop the smell of sewage coming into the room. On the last day the manager came round with some plastic air fresheners but these didn't do anything, she also agreed that there was a bad smell in the room. We again asked the manager if we could get some compensation but she said the owner hadn't got back to her on that yet and she said the reason why there is a smell is because workmen were working in the area. We text the manager just before we left but still havent heard anything from them regarding the smell of sewage and we are very dissatisfied with the way the complaint was handled. Also as the name of the apartment would suggest we also didn't get a panoramic view of Florence. The issue was never resolved and we left the apartment still smelling of sewage.

Very good place, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, washing machine, and a bedroom with an excellent view on all 4 sides. Comfortable bed, clean sheets. Good attention from Nicolás, we had a minimum detail to enter and it didn't take more than 5 minutes to get to the place to resolve it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
