I'm not demanding, especially since I only need accommodation to sleep, but this was very bad. We were charged extra for cleaning the room, and for seven days, the cleaning lady did not scrub anything, nor did the bed linen or towels change from the first day. In the room, there were bedbug-like bugs on the bedclothes. Other parts of the hostel were also in very bad condition. The only positive thing is that on the day of check-out, they allowed us to leave our suitcases at the hostel until we got to the airport.

DISGUISTING!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE FOUND BED BUGS IN THE BED. I knew i’m not paying for a fancy place but this was absolutely terrible, there is a shared bathroom with 5 other rooms so most of the times its occupied, it was dirty and the bathtub was full of hair and looked disturbing. The walls are extra thin and i could even hear the pillow moving against the wall in the next room. Doors are loud and hard to close and open, the furniture looks old af and our room didnt have anything from what was promised. I would love to get my money back.

Most disgusting place I have ever been to, they try to rob you of more money upon arrival. Refused to pay. Cleaner went through my stuff, I had hidden everything and took a photo of it. Both of us are covered in spots from the bed we slept in. On top of the mattress being filled with some kind of bugs it feels like a 7 stacks of cardboard

For my needs, it was great. Check-in a little unorganised with there being no reception. Rooms very basic with a bed, a desk and a wardrobe. Terrace balcony was nice, and had lovely views over the city toward the sea. Mattress was nearly all springs, but I still slept fine. Quiet hours 00:00-07:00 were completely disregarded by others sharing the guesthouse. With no-one to police, I was stuck with it. Doors are naturally very loud and every opening and closing of them can be heard throughout the house.

We didnt recieve information about an entrance code and when we tried to contact the owner she didnt respond at all. We tried to call and text ,but nothing. So we were locked out and couldnt get to our apartment. Absolutly terible experience

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
