We stayed here for 4 nights. This place was amazing, perfect location, nice room and great friendly service from the staff. Staff are onsite every morning until around 1pm or whenever the last guest has checked in. Please note this place is not an actual hotel facility but is similar and still great value. It was easy for us to find during the day as the taxi driver dropped us on the street and told us where to go. When we got to the door a gentleman was there waiting and helped carry our bags upstairs to check in. The room was very spacious, provided everything we needed to rest and a nice big bed. There was a weird smell in the bathroom like a blocked drain smell but it went after we had a shower. This place is in a perfect spot 15 steps away from the Pantheon, 10 mins to the Trevi Fountain and a whole lot of good and cheap authentic Italian restaurants at your door. We dined at a different restaurant every night. Housekeeping was awesome every morning we got our breakfast we ordered the night before at the time we requested and it was plentiful. Loved this place and we would stay here again next time we visit Rome. Can’t recommend it enough. We could hear noise from the room next door but it was fine and didn’t bother us.

Excellent location!! The hotel is located on the first floor in a old building in the heart of Rome. You can visit Rome easily as the hotel is located just fee steps from the famous Pantheon and in the city center. The room was very well sound-isolated and the bed was really comfortable. The style of the room is really nice, a combination of vintage and modern forniture. The shower has a Turkish bath integrated and this is a really nice feature to relax after a full day out visiting the city. The breakfast is served in the room as they do not have a breakfast room. Good breakfast and very nice and warm staff. The only two aspects I didn’t appreciate (this is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5) are: 1) the room needs some maintenance (painting the wall, hangers for towels in the bath,..) and 2) I do not like bath amenities made in China, they are not sustainable. They were even expired so some more attention is needed, and if these aspects will be fixed definitely this is going to be a 5 stars rating!

As a family of three we stayed her in early July 2023. The location is great, close to Pantheon and Fountain of Trevi. There is a supermarket (Carrefour express) 5 minutes walk. A lot of restaurants nearby, you probably don’t need to get a a taxi to find a restaurant. It’s a renovated building but has old charm too. Small elevator. There is a rooftop area with assortment of beverages provided. Breakfast served in first floor (we did not get breakfast) it was 15 Euro a day if you wanted to add. We had a large double bed and also a single bed. The room with view of the street . The size of the room was like a European hotel room maybe slightly bigger. Bathroom was ultramodern and clean. Staff were friendly and knew English. The walls had great insulation even though we were first floor and breakfast was served in that floor there was minimal noise. Overall I enjoyed staying here and would go back in future.

Perhaps we were unlucky with the room, but the fact that breakfast has to be placed on top of the bed is not comfortable. The bathroom is too narrow, you can hardly turn around. The access to the building is narrow and dark, with rubbish bins in the building, not the most pleasant experience. I would not stay in this establishment again, the prices are not cheap at all, more than 250 euros per night.... in a very noisy street ....

Beautiful, immaculate rooms, decorated with special taste, five-star service, well-stocked breakfast served in a room with products on request, truly individual service, all in the very center of ROME, a few meters from PHANTEON. I advise everyone to spend one or more nights in this hotel. Service very nice, family atmosphere, rooms clean and daily cleaned. It was our honeymoon. The hotel staff prepared a surprise for us: a beautifully decorated room with champagne, balloons and rose petals. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
