A great hotel at the edge of the Sapa Town. The service and the facilities are top notch by Vietnam standard. The breakfast buffet has a good spread and overall quality is fine. The staff is friendly and the service is prompt. The room is clean and well maintained. The Hotel overlooks the valley which is its highlight, sadly we only manage a short grim during our 3 days stays. Finding food outside the hotel is not difficult, there are 2 reasonably priced restaurants ( Good Morning View and Yummy) within walking distance from the hotel. Can't really find things to fault but maybe its location is an uphill walk to town and overlook by a cemetery. Hence prepare to spend a bit on taxi services if walking and darkness is not your thing.

Our stay at Pao's on the outskirts of Sapa Town was nothing short of fantastic. The service and facilities exceeded expectations, making it a top-notch choice for accommodation. The breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise, boasting an extensive variety and good quality. The staff was not only friendly but also prompt in their service, adding a personal touch to our experience. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploration. The view from the hotel is fantastic, however we were unlucky to have foggy days during our stay. While the hotel is approximately a 20-minute walk from the town center, convenient alternatives like the hotel shuttle or affordable mini-bus taxis (around 80,000 dong for two people one way) made getting around hassle-free. A standout feature was the SPA services offered, which we particularly enjoyed, and the fact that guests received a good discount made it even more enticing. Overall, a great choice for a memorable stay in Sapa!

This place, the staff, the view, the food. Its amazing. We had the suite and it was incredible. The view was stunning and this hotel is so close to everything in Sapa. Walking distance. We alsp arrived very late for check in. The kitchen was about to close, but they put ekstra service for us to make us some food. Everyone from picolo, cleaner, reception, general manager was so nice and kind to us. Can recommend this hotel 10/10

The hotel is considered quite luxury, with good views to both mountain view and city view. As the hotel located in the three-way crossroad, it is very easy to go city centre and the Cat Cat village. The service inside the hotel is quite good, very caring and friendly. But the online customer service is quite slow. I couldn’t have any proper conversation with them via chat.

Relatively new 5-star hotel located against the hill with a panaromic view. Unfortunately due to the thick fog, we could not see beyond the garden facing our balcony. Hotel has a spacious lobby, well-appointed gym and big breakfast area with nice views. Rooms are spacious enough for 3 beds and clean. Service is good, when we feedback that we had booked a double bed with an extra rollaway, they immediately rearranged our beds. Overall, we are very pleased with the service and accommodation.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
