the pictures definitely makes it look quite nice, however in reality it was a portacabin with some poor decoration, the AC barely work, the water heater gives you a solid 2 minutes of warm water, the fridge works as an oven if you want to heat food, and the cleanliness of the place is subpar.

The villa we stayed in was a clean and spacious room. Very good AC, the temperature in the room was perfect. Outside bathroom was also clean. The pool was big and water was very enjoyable. Closest grocery store was about 50m away. The staff offered fresh coconut that they cut down from a palm tree in the garden. They also offered to drive us (free of charge) to a beautiful restaurant on the beach as we weren’t comfortable driving a motorbike ourselves. Everybody was also very friendly, helpful and spoke good English. Would most definitely stay here again!

Nice little hotel to stay at Nusa Penida, 30 minutes from the harbor, but still decent location. Eat from a lot of food places. The room was super comfy, clean, and spacious, ac was working very well, the bathroom is semi outdoorsy (?) but still very clean. All the staffs was super nice

Stained sheets, hair in my breakfast and when I signalled these issues to the staff they were angry about it and very mean. Asking me: and what about it? Also, the price they asked for at the venue was way higher than the one online, and they didn’t want to accept the online price. I wouldn’t have complained about anything if the staff were friendly and responsive about the issues, but I really felt unsafe and not welcome during my stay because of the interaction with the staff. My friends were also treated similarly. Too bad because the place looked cute :)

Amazing place to stay in Nusa Penida. It’s small and intimate yet it has everything you’ll possibly need. The room is clean and so is the pool. Thé staff are friendly ans the breakfast is good! Very happy to have chosen this place!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
