Very clean comfortable room, with good AC, amazing shower, great bed and close to the nightlife and 5 minutes to the beach. Good service and friendly staff. You can use the great swimming pool and facilities of their sister hotel which was great and convenient. Value is very high considering location and price if all you need is a nice bed and shower.

Honestly, it's a very affordable place, but I loved it more than 3x the price hotels we had before it. The room service is very nice as well as staff members, they make you feel welcomed and like at home! Our hotel manager would normally come in for cleaning and sing something along with it and was always very lovely! It had aicrowave, a big table and we had a room with roof access, really nice! Can as well rent it long term for the same price as a studio without service

Been here one night so far. It’s a hike up the steps if your on the top but the room is nice and clean. Perfect for a couple. Everything is laid out perfect. Actually have outlets and lights on both sides of the bed. Bed is super comfortable. Best bed I’ve had in Asia in the 5 months I’ve been here. 5 stars for the bed alone! Balcony looks over the street and has a very nice view it’s not nature or the ocean but fun with the style of architecture. Music plays late but is fairly well muffled. A very short walk to a beautiful beach. Lots of people on the beach but it’s a very big beach easy to find your own spot. Sunset is amazing.

Stayed at Paradise Inn, in July 2017. Overall we had a very good stay. In terms of location, you are within walking distance from the mini marts, restaurants and pubs. The beach is also very close (5 min walk). The room was on the small side, bed was quite comfortable, however there is very little cupboard space and absolutely no shelving. The bathroom is very small with the shower and toilet open to one another, which often leaves the toilet seat and surrounding floor full of water. There isn't much room for two people to stand in the bathroom area together. We were given a room on the top floor, in the front of the building. Although we read prior reviews complaining about the bar across the street and loud music, we deciding it wouldn't be too bad as the reviews said the music stopped at 11/12pm. This was not the case. The music continued to 3-4 am every night of our stay (7 nights), keeping my better half awake all night, and considering it's "off season", I can imagine it could be worse. Overall we were comfortable, the rooms were cleaned every day and the staff were very polite, although, didn't speak much English.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
