This is a great find. A lovely hotel and superb restaurant. The rooms have everything you need from lovely comfortable beds to nice quite nights sleeps. The hotel is laid out very well and gives you a great amount of privacy. The staff are very welcoming but will also leave you to your own devices. The food in the restaurant is superb and very reasonably priced in comparison to other local restaurants. Has a lovely pool and the surrounding areas beautiful. It’s a 3 star hotel and in my opinion exceeds this easily. Area very traditional and well away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist spots but well accessible by bus or car. Bus stop across the road, supermarket opposite. 5 restaurants within 100m and more further away but easily walkable. We had a fantastic week here and wound love to visit again sometime. If you come to the area you must go up to the castle cafe with it’s ancient building but with a superb cafe inside with some absolutely stunning views Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and enjoy the winter break!!

I have recently spent a week in this hotel along with some very close friends. Hotel management and staff always polite and nothing was too much trouble for them. Child friendly. We ate in the hotel several times and food was always good and hot. Clean with everything you need. Location was perfect with sea views, small supermarket, restaurants and other small shops. Easy bus service into the capital. I recommend this hotel, I would definitely like to visit again.

Don't be fooled by the room photos. Those are the nice rooms. They have some which are 1 small window rooms that more resemble bunkers than hotel rooms

Amazing hotel, with amazing staff everyone was very kind and helpful. Especially the lady during dinner even though we got to the hotel late a few times she still was happy to let us having the inclusive dinner option that came with our booking. Room was clean and had a tv. It’s a perfect location there’s a bus stop 2 min walk that takes you to Fira where you have the bus terminal from where all the buses go everywhere including Oia. The buses are cheap about 1.60 to 2 euros on way per person depending on where you are going.

Hi there, me and my boyfriend recently stayed at this hotel, with it having 3 stars we were sceptical about our stay but with arriving we were left completely confused, as this hotel is by far one of the best ones we’ve visited, especially if your wanting a relaxing, blissful holiday. it is based in the cutest little village with plenty of restaurants, a small supermarket, local shops and amazing views. We both really enjoyed the local grills that are further down near the red beach. From the moment we arrived, til the moment we left the staff have always been really respectful and friendly with an attitude that made us feel at home. Everything was very accessible from this location which is great if your wanting to adventure to fira or oia. Personally i would recommend to stay here in akrodiri over staying in oia or fira as the atmosphere is much more chill and relaxing as these bigger places can be more chaotic and hard to navigate. There was never a second where we didn’t enjoy this hotel. The pool was beautiful and you are given the ability to have cocktails brought out to you which is great (the mojito is to 10/10). there is beautiful flowers arrangements just adding them finishing touches to this hotel. our room was cosy and we loved the greek theme. on a sunday morning you can here the church bells ring which is great if you are interested in the local culture of the island. i enjoyed the breakfast every morning, the option wasn’t massive so my partner didn’t really eat much, not that he eats breakfast anyway but i loved it. My partner has coeliac disease and everywhere we went for food was so accommodating to his gluten free lifestyle and we had very little issue over the holiday with this as a whole. there is a bus stop just down the road from this hotel which gives you the option to travel to fira and then onto the rest of the beautiful island. overall the holiday was amazing and we definitely will be back. thank you so much to the family that runs the paradise resort, your hotel is beautiful and we loved every second of staying here. we will miss being greeted by your dog every morning she/he is so sweet. 100% would recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to have the perfect holiday on the beautiful island of santorini. many thanks Chloé & Aaron

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
