Absolutely amazing experience. We arrived at 4am from an over night bus. The reception happily let us check in early for a small fee which was great. We came in low season so there wasn’t much happening on the island so it was nice and relaxing after the long trip we have had. The staff were absolutely amazing, 5 star experience. Very accomodating. Food is very good and the bed was a super king and very comfortable.

Gorgeous massive luxury room, the bed were to die for, one of the comfiest beds I have ever been in, everything about it.. the mattress, pillows and quilt were just amazing. The room was decorated to a high standard and for the price it was just unreal. Also liked the dressing gowns, that's a nice touch. We arrived late morning around 4am after a late bus journey across the country and this was such a nice place to come to, wish we could have spent more than 1 night here. The hotel was quiet too, so we had a really good sleep. The reception staff were lovely and we also had a free drop off to the harbour on a golf buggy.

Very good value, friendly and helpful staff and comfy rooms. Spa excellent. Very quiet at night but outside a little noisey in the morning. Nice pool but you need a shuttle to get to it since the main hotel is right at the harbour and pool near the beach (overall a nice set up).

Beautiful hotel with exemplary staff, always going out of their way to help with smiles on their faces. Rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean with beautiful furnishings. The bed was huge, with a very comfortable mattress and soft pillows!! Buffet breakfast was fantastic with a good spread of Western and Asian cuisine and Vietnamese coffee which, although a bit strong, was very flavoursome. The location was very close to the harbour and the hotel supplied free shuttle service to get you there, however the only drawback was that it wasn't close to the city, so you had to take a taxi there. All up, a beautiful place to stay which I would highly recommend and definitely return to.

This was the nicest hotel with the best staff we've stayed with in our whole trip in vietnam. They gave us bikes to go around the island, gave us maps to get around, got us a shuttle to our cruise port all for free. I would stay here a week if possible. Thank you!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
