What an amazing experience in this stunning villa with the most spectacular views of the sea and Koh Samui from mountain level. Amazing hosts Reza and team couldn’t have been more friendly and kind they know how to welcome you and look after you but not be intrusive. We had our two adult children with us and they were equally impressed with the villa and all Mod cons available. Sit in the infinity pool listening to the internet radio looking out and down into Koh Samui and the sea and surrounding lush green mountains. Continental breakfast served each morning to order by wajida. The fixtures and fittings are stunning in this beautiful villa and the kitchen utensils and plates cups glasses etc exquisite and plenty. Beautifully designed and furnished very tastefully. If you plan to just stay in the villa stock up on food else hire a car and come and go as you please as we did. Drive up the mountains is steep and fun , also taxis are available to come and go all the time. Definitely go back. Big thank you to Reza for his relaxed but professional dealings with us and also for also helping us out very kindly and considerately to get some insulin for us in a family emergency when our insulin pump didn’t work. He is always available on whats app and is always there but always discreet. Thank you, we’ll be back.

I’m crazy about the nice view so I was delighted in this villa as soon as I crossed the threshold. The design of the villa has been thought out in such a way that this view is accessible from almost anywhere - from the bedrooms, dining room, terrace and pool. So most of the time, while you are in the villa, wherever you turn, you can enjoy the picturesque landscape. I'd also like to say thank you to the staff who work there, they made our stay nice and comfy.

The villa is very comfortable and cozy, but the main advantage is the stunning view of the surroundings! We love all kinds of viewpoints and visited most of them on Koh Samui, but we haven’t seen so incredible view anywhere else! It is difficult to express in photos and almost impossible with words - we assumed that it would be beautiful there, but in reality the view exceeded all our expectations! In addition a nice design, delicious breakfasts and a pleasant atmosphere - what else is needed for a great holiday in the villa?

The owner is very unprofessional. Forces you to book with them directly instead of booking.com. Will take the money and never return it in case of cancellations. Extremely unprofessional people to deal with. You can go ahead and book the villa but remember, do so at the cost of living on a very steep hill that's difficult to get to and being at the mercy of the owner who can levy any random charge anytime.

The owners and the dealer are not to be trusted. They demanded _us_ to cancel our already paid reservation because "the owners are comming to the villa" at the time of our holiday. Although we made the reservation via booking.com owners didn't have the nerve to cancel our reservation. The mess didn't go well, I sadly cannot recommend this place in any way. :/

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
