We absolutely LOVED our stay. I traveled with my husband and my 3 children (8-3-2yo) who have multiple food allergies. The staff was AMAZING accommodating their needs, they cooked for them as needed. The staff was just splendid, very detailed oriented. The rooms were clean and well equipped. The amount of activity for children was a plus! They enjoyed the activities, the pools, the kids waterpark and the beach. The food was simply GREAT. We will be back often. 1000% recommended

Not recommended at all. It is an average 4 star resort. Family section has terrible food quality and taste, especially the buffet. The adult-only section has better overall food quality/service but still expect an average 4 star resort service. We got one of the large private rooms which was nice but the price we paid for it was equal to a 5 star resort and the hotel is not even close to that. Given that you spent most of your time in the common area and restaurants/bars/pools rather than your room, the resort (especially the large or swim-up rooms) does NOT worth it at all. Overall, we did not like the resort, food and service and do not recommend this resort at all.

The Paradisus is a hidden gem not visible from the main highway. Tucked away just north of 5th Avenue (Shopping, Dining, & Ferry access to Cozumel) in Playa del Carmen. This resort offers you the opportunity and flexibility to make it a kid free vacation in the adult side or make it a family vacation with an amazing water park and endless adventures for the kiddos. We stayed on the adult side for a week and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. From the dining and drinks to the service pool side and the beach were very attentive and top notch. Miguel and Rene at the main pool kept our drinks flowing with our favorites as well as treating us to some concoctions of their own. There were great activities in the pool throughout the day to keep everyone entertained. Our favorite foods poolside are the fish tacos and the tenderloin kabobs. Omar was our waiter poolside and did a spectacular job keeping our stomachs from growling. We spent our mornings at the buffet with a great variety of dishes to choose from. Antonio and Ishmael were superb at tending to our needs throughout our stay. We did not stay in the Reserve section but had friends that did and it offers you a heated pool, butler service, and so many more amenities. We look forward to our next trip back. We enjoyed every thing about this resort. Roberto was an amazing concierge and treated us like royalty. We did the reserve rooms which included the Lapalapa restaurant for breakfast and lunch 😋. We never once saw are servers unhappy. Beaches were clean, pool was fun, extra activities, all around a great time. 🙂 We went November 29- December 8 2023 weather was perfect.

Jorge and Joel were incredible at the Naos Restaurant. They were extremely attentive, cordial, and anticipated our need before we even had a chance to think about them. 5 stars.. but don't forget to tip ;)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
