Stayed here for two nights. The view from the deluxe room with glass window is so beautiful. The hosts were super nice and helpful. We were served a beautiful breakfast. The breakfast was different every morning, we could tell it was made with love. Only thing to consider that it’s a bit outside of town but for us it was perfect.

Absolutely peaceful place on the hill. Ella town can be easily reached via the train tracks in 10-15min walking. Dhaba was a wonderful host and extremely helpful with all kinds of information around hiking etc. Breakfast was just beautiful, had variety and was served at any time we would choose. The rooms aren't super large but sufficient, the view from the balcony is just breathtaking.

We had a great stay there with our whole family. Booked a double and family room which had ample space. Amenities were good. Has a large open space to spend time and see the mountain range and Ella gap. Nearby to the train tracks so you can view the train as well. Food and service were great. The owner was pretty attentive and friendly. Has safe parking space and the hotel is accessible by a car without an issue. 👍 Pros: Spacious double and family rooms Good amenities Stunning views of the mountain range and Ella gap Proximity to train tracks for train enthusiasts Excellent food and service Friendly and attentive owner 👎 Cons: It would be even better if the family room had additional windows to let more natural light in.

Had a great stay here. Owner was friendly, sincere, engaged. Helped us with our needs & more. Guesthouse located 15 mins walk from center of Ella along the train tracks - just be careful & aware of the train schedules. It is in a village so expect the nights to be quiet. We took the tuk tuk back after dinners because the roads are quite dark at night. Very nice breakfasts prepared by his mum (& his wife?). The room was clean & owner was very accommodating to our requests. Really really nice view from the room. We would definitely recommend the place to any traveler to Ella to consider. It is by not a 5 star hotel. Based on our recent stay, service was better than some 5 star hotels. Ask Dhana if he knows people in other cities/towns if you need transport. The private hire car prices he quoted were very reasonable.

I stayed here last year and I had a great time, so I decided to come back. The room was fairly clean and comfortable. Although I think that more attention needs to be paid to the cleaning. The bedsheets were clean, but the towels were heavily stained. There were also quite a lot of insects, so I recommend keeping the door shut. Other than that, I was happy I returned. Incredible views, good service and I enjoyed the food as well.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
