I stayed in this hotel for 5 days, I really liked it. There rooms are amazing, service was excellent. Overall their hospitality was great. And one guy name arsalan took a good care of my whenever I went for my breakfast in stage restaurant. So happy overall. Much recommended this hotel to everyone if you coming for honeymoon or a visit..

Experienced excellent and authentic service from Helen at Stage Restaurant!|The breakfast was great, served with a lot of warmth and very good hospitality. Tasty food in great surroundings with brilliant views all round. I'd recommend the Paramount Hotel every time!

Helen was super professional and nice. She stopped by to ask how our breakfast was and if we need anything else. The 5 star service is for Helen. The lobby staff upon entering and room we got we weren’t too impressed, there is a lot that the hotel can do to improve in that area

Front desk are not welcoming except the manager Hana I think her name, the staff in general seem angry all the time and doing their job with the bare minimum, bell boys are only standing, they are not helping with luggage unless you ask, don’t open the car doors nor welcoming us into the hotel, unfortunately we are paying premium but the service is not premium, also it’s not recommended for families. We checked out but nobody asked us how was our stay 😅, with this budget you can get way better alternatives.

Very good hotel, big and comfortable rooms, breakfast is wonderful. Our server Aashish was very good, delivering a great service every morning. Elevators a little bit slow sometimes but is a huge hotel so is understandable. Pool is not getting almost any sun all day as it is located between the 4 buildings. Location is good, only car access. Walking is possible only to SLS hotel across the road which has some good venues to try. Overall a very good experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
