Except of a reasonable Air Condition - the hotel facilities are very low. The rooms we got were dirty, the food at the breakfast seems to be poored out of cans, they don't clean the rooms at all & they charge for everything- from towels to toilet papers. But again - they have a good AC in the rooms.

After traveling all day to get there I just wanted a good night's sleep. The bed was so hard that the topper did nothing to help. The pillows were flat. If your handicapped, bring your own shower chair. There's only a plastic table there. It's only good enough to shave your legs with. The pools don't have a lift and all the railings were loose.

I think this place is awesome. 350m from the busy lake path between Bardolino Old Town (10 mins from here) and Garda (30 mins from here). The scenery is breathtaking. We cannot fault the service from the staff. The food at the restaurant is unbelievable. On the 1st night we learnt our lesson. Subsequently we didn't avail ourselves of all 4 courses, we stuck to three and still felt full to busting with all the deliciousness! The pools are great. The service is excellent and the rooms were cleaned and refreshed daily. In all honestly I cannot find fault with this place. You must come!

On our First day The adult only Pool bar was closed already at 4 pm . We Wanted to Order 2 Aperol, and were Send to Restaurant and bar. But no one was able to Server us, and we should Open some cashless Account…. wtf….as we had no cash With us… Overall the Service is very Bad. The reception is absolutwly unfriendly, and hung up the Call When we tried to complain. As we have paid 250 per Night this is Not acceptable. Adult pool has no bar, we were told to Go to the supermarket and bring our own drinks? Whats wrong in this Hotel ? Never ever again, no recommendation. Go somewhere else if you want to enjoy!

Beautiful hotel! First holiday with our 1 year old, Would definitely go back! Staff are very friendly swimming pool inside and out. Lovely accommodation. Can hire bikes at the shop close by. 10 minutes walk to lake garda and the town.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
