The hotel was very unique, which is why we booked it, and we were not disappointed! Rooms were a bit old, but well maintained, which I'd happily take over a newer but poorly maintained room. It also gave it a charming character. The balconies were cool and made a great spot to watch the fireworks for the New Year. Every staff member we interacted with was nice, but it was strange and a bit concerning we had to leave our passports at the front desk on our first night. Beds weren't terribly comfy but they were serviceable, I didn't notice any body pain from sleeping on it. The shower was okay, good pressure and temperature, but no logical place to perch the shower head, so you basically either had to hold it or put it in the one awkward spot in the middle. Main complaint was location; the nearest bus stop was a bit over a mile away. There was a Regional train stop about a 10 minute walk away, but the regional train only departs every 30 minutes and takes a while to connect to other transit, making every trip out, even ones where we arrived to the departure on time, take over an hour to get to Rome itself and an hour back. This isn't a dig against the hotel, but is something to consider if you plan to use transit to get to all of the touristy spots during your stay. We ended up canceling our final plan because, despite only being 6 miles, it would take just shy of 2 hours to get to on transit, plus about 1.5 hours to get back.

We stayed here in the last week of July 2023. The location is subjective....because its not far from the airport so getting there was not a problem. The train fare from the airport is 8.00 euro each and the closest station is Muratella which is 5 mins walk from the hotel. The area is full of offices, so apart from Holiday Inn this is the only hotel. This hotel has a restaurant down but run but a different company and the food is very good. Note, they are open only in the afternoons and not in the evenings, unless you have a group and that you inform they in advance. Weekends they are closed, so your only option is Holiday Inn or delivery. There is a 'Village' with cinemas and restaurants about 2km away. The service at the reception was very good and the staff was friendly. The rooms are spacious and we had a good view. The staff serving the breakfast were nice and friendly but the breakfast was not that great. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and if we plan to visit Rome again this will be our 1st choice.

Rooms are spacious, but require renovation, I know that some of them are already refreshed. We were accommodated in the room with 4 beds, even though we traveled as a group of 3, yet still there were only 2 mugs/glasses available. When we asked the receptionist for the another one, we got plastic cups. My mom wanted to make a tea in the room and tried to slice the lemon, but they didn't want to give us a knife. I visited this hotel during my excursion organised by travel agency. I don't know if this was the package that they booked, but for the breakfast we got 5 slices of ham and cheese per table with one type of white bread, bit poor. The last thing is location. It's hard to assess it. It's close to the airport and railway station, which is definitely a plus. But when you come back after whole day of sightseeing and you'd like to buy a bottle of water, then you'll have a problem. There's no grocery store nearby the hotel, no place to eat, as their restaurant is always closed. Thankfully there's Holiday Inn few minutes by walk, where you can have a lunch, either in their restaurant or bar.

A very unpleasant experience, the women who worked in the breakfast room treated us with no respect, they literally lashed out at us, it was a group, banging on the door and plates, this kind of hospitality is devastating!!! I would like to praise the maids who did their work with a smile. The rooms are comfortable and warm, the hotel is pleasant, the overall impression is good, but because of the behavior of the girl in the breakfast room, I would rate this hotel zero.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
