Good Facilities | Convenient Location | Recommended —— Detailed Review Below —— Park Arjaan by Rotana is a conveniently located budget hotel within the Rotana family of hotels. Its location in proximity to the Grand Mosque and the ministries complex means it is a convenient option for tourists as well as business visitors. I went to the hotel for an event so did not access their rooms. However, we got very attentive and professional service from the staff supporting the event. The event facilities were good and the food served was quite good too. Verdict: Recommended. Rooms: -/5 Location: 4/5 Facilities: 4/5 Dining: 4/5 Service/Staff: 5/5

From the moment I arrived at Park Arjaan by Rotana in Abu Dhabi, I was enveloped in a world of unparalleled luxury and comfort. The staff at this hotel are the embodiment of professionalism and warmth. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was not just comfortable, but truly memorable. The one apartment bedroom I stayed in was a marvel of modern design, offering both comfort and elegance. The attention to detail in the décor was matched by the impeccable cleanliness that was maintained throughout my stay. It was clear that the hotel takes great pride in providing a pristine environment for its guests. What truly sets Park Arjaan by Rotana apart is its location and facilities. Nestled in a serene part of Abu Dhabi, the hotel offers a tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. Yet, it is close enough to key attractions, making it an ideal location for both leisure and business travelers. The facilities, including the fitness center, pool, and dining areas, are top-notch, providing everything one could need for relaxation and enjoyment. In summary, my stay at Park Arjaan by Rotana was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of attentive staff, luxurious accommodations, and excellent facilities makes this hotel a standout. Excellent experience with the hotel, super service from the staff and well organized. My only recommendation is that the hotel work more on the breakfast buffet to reflect the excellent quality of the hotel. Can't wait to stay again there in our next visit.

‏The hotel is wonderful, because there are professional staff in solving problems. I encountered a problem with the receptionist, her name is (sayeda), and no employee was able to solve the problem, and it took about 5 hours to take, as what happened, I did not find the reserved room, but the hotel manager, Mr. (Ashok), who in turn did By replacing the room as soon as possible, the problem was resolved. Thank you and thank you for being in this place as such employees really deserve appreciation and respect

Better than avg with a pricing of a 5 star. But the room was comfortable and have designed the discount option which one can never fulfill. For example in house guest will get discount only when he have a valid emirates ID, a specific credit card with some very specific other terms and conditions which one can never fulfill.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
