Location is great! The downside is after traveling over 8 hours you finally get there wanting a bed and No elevator, had to take up 3 big luggages up a flight. Room was quite small, didn’t really have space for luggage. There were bugs/spiders. I will consider booking again but I need bigger room. And 1st floor!!!

I feel the fact that the room was advertised as refurbished is misleading as it looks more like it needs refurbishing. The hotel looks like they are in the process of doing upgrades which is not a problem but the common area needs to be kept clean for the guests and it was dusty and dirty which doesn't help in making you feel comfortable or that the cost of the room is a fair price. The staff, however, I found to be very polite and helpful, and I'm sure the hotel will be lovely when the work is finished. But as of right now, I would not recommend this hotel.

The Housekeeper was very helpful and welcoming. B'H! The room itself was perfect for my stay, very clean and surprisingly quiet given the location, but set back from the main road. The complimentary toiletries and herbal teas were a nice touch. I can recommend the hotel very highly and b'EH will be staying again soon. The hotel is less than five minutes' walk from Grodzinski's deli, and local shuls are within easy walking distance along Clapton Common. Stamford Hill Overground Station is within 15 minutes' walk from the hotel for easy travelling into central London - take the Enfield Town train to Seven SIsters and change to the Victoria Line.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
