        I recently stayed at Park Grand London Hyde Park Hotel and had a delightful experience. The hotel's proximity to Paddington Station, just a 6-10 minute walk via Craven Rd and Westbourne Terrace, made it exceptionally convenient. Opting for a single room, I found it surprisingly comfortable and spacious, especially considering London's usual room sizes. The bathroom, though compact, was cozy and well-maintained. While the hallways were a tad narrow with numerous fire doors, it didn't significantly impact my stay. The room itself exceeded my expectations, and the thoughtful touch of providing fruit upon arrival and daily crackers, along with complimentary tea or coffee, added a welcoming touch. I appreciated the tranquility of the room, ensuring a peaceful stay. A noteworthy tip: remember to adjust the room temperature control to your liking, as it might be off initially to reduce carbon emissions. Overall, I highly recommend Park Grand London Hyde Park for its affordability, comfort, amenities, and convenient location.

        Staff were fantastic, breakfast was great full English, yoghurt ham and cheese, pastries. Bar staff were fantastic. Cleaning team were great. I gave a 3/5 for the room because there was a radiator filled with dust, not sure if it's used any more but the amount of dust concerned me. The room itself had some marks on the walls and chips on the tiles( this is obviously customers not treating the property correctly). The price and proximity to London paddington was fantastic. I would stay here again. If I'd been able to open the window I wouldn't have worried about the radiator dust so much but I couldn't seem to open the window.

        Basement level. If they offer you basement run and hide The rooms downstairs are "double deluxe". Tiny rooms. Barely able to move It's a sad hotel and is not being maintained. Overall cleanliness is shocking. They have never been dusted. The carpet needs a deep clean. I found an old Q tip with wax on if I needed it, bonus. Air con automatically turned on at 1am at 28 degrees Celsius. Great. Turned off air con after which it was stuck in a mechanical cycle making a high pitched noise. Reception arrived and manually turned it off via the mains Noisy in the morning. Gap under door visible so cleaners passing through to collect their equipment woke us up WiFi was intermittent at best, without phone reception in the dungeon my phone didn't work The location is great, the staff are friendly but seem under pressure to hide the buildings faults Not recommended 😕

        Very attentive staff, polite and welcoming. Rooms are small but comfortable. Main issues were steps directly in front of the room door as we went in. I nearly fell down as wasn't expecting them, should look into a warning sign on the doors. Breakfast was OK, bacon very dry and basically inedible, other items like beans were just warm. Probably better if you get down early for breakfast, but again, attentive friendly staff in the restaurant

        The location of the hotel is just perfect, very nice area and easy to get everywhere, tubes are literally 5 min walk from the hotel. Rooms aren’t really soundproofed, we could easily hear the guy snoring in the next room 😂 Was clean though and our bed was very comfy and we loved little biscuits to the tea which they renewed every day. The elevator in the hotel was unfortunately too slow and strange, we found it easier to use stairs. In general, I would say it’s worth its money because of location.
