It started right from reception, Atul and Rohit at reception should not be in customer facing role ! Atul is rude, arrogant and has temper issues. He needs basic training in customer service. Both the receptionist were not wearing nameplates. I was informed that they were the senior most available in the hotel and no manager will be available until 3 days !! Terrible attitude! I know UK is seeing spike in covid cases and this hotel does not care ! Sanitizer station outside ground floor lift and 5th floor was out of sanitizer !! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone !

Room was large for a London hotel and the bathroom was a nice size. We were pleasantly surprised. Had a lot of amenities (e.g., hair dryer, refrigerator, kettle, internet, TV and nice size wardrobe. There was a small red stain on the carpet by the desk, but otherwise very clean. A 10-15 minute walk from Hounslow Central Tube Station, but a bit further if you wanted to go to the Hounslow high street. After shopping the walked seemed a lot longer.

We just stayed two weeks on the 4th floor. The room was awesome. Location great as our daughter lived 15 minute walk. only minor issues like the main bed was two beds pushed together, and towels are not that great. Not that I care too much but housekeeping left only one towel set one day, and making up the room could be improved. That said, I still found it to be a great experience and still gave it a 5 star rating. We basically just slept and showered here and did not check out the rest of the amenities.

I am from Canada and this is my third time to stay with Park Grand. I always found the front desk people actively to serve with smiley face especially Mr. Altas is very nice and cooperative professional. I found him always at front foot to help the customers. In short it is a great place to stay.

My shower was blocked causing water to overspill. Was changed rooms into what was stated as a ‘better’ room for the lights and sockets to not be working. Had to depend on the 3 lamps that worked. Bathroom lights were flickering constantly and the room had less ‘facilities’ than the previous one. Bed was comfortable though!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
