Would totally give this place 0 stars if I could. We were told that the central Aircon system was "not working" and we had to sleep in a room that is 29.5 degrees indoors. The staff promised to bring a fan to our room but they never did. Despite us calling them and asking them repeatedly. Location was bad, service was bad. Would not stay here if this was not part of our GP. So DO NOT BOOK this hotel. Come at your own risk

Honestly, do not recommend. Had to stay at this hotel due to it being assigned to me from a concert package I got. Will not recommend to anyone who is coming to Seoul for Holiday to stay. Entire hotel has no air-conditioning reason being it is not on (due to the season I guess) Room temperature is constantly on 29-29.5 degrees. There is no ventilation at all except for a single window at the toilet that can be opened to a fixed gap. Room is small and looks more like a Airbnb than a Hotel. Not much hospitality from the staff too. We were told they can send us a fan to the room but the fan did not arrive even after asking for 3 times. They do not store your luggage, you can store them at the lockers for 6hours max FOC, after that It is chargeable at 2k won per hour. We had to pay 10k won for our luggage as we could not check in, and had to store till night before we are able to head back to check in. Location is far from usual shopping spots, only good if you are attending a concert in Jamsil area. Have to walk around 10mins to nearest subway. I guess the only perk is that there are many food and convenience store choices nearby.

The staff told us it is not summer season so AC is not working. We have turned off the heater and opened the window. The room is still super hot. It was showing 30 degree all the time. I don’t understand how come the hotel does not have any action on this. Very hot and not comfortable. Feels like a sauna room. Very bad experience during the stay in Seoul.

A basic place with everything you need for a whistlestop trip. Our first assigned room must have had a drainage issue because it smelled like a toilet so changed to another room two doors down which was much better. We couldnt get the aircon to work so don't come here in Summer. It was awfully chilly outside so thankfully we just opened the window but it still registered a balmy 28 degrees inside our room (mid March). Reception were helpful to order a taxi when needed and the Japanese restaurant and bar downstairs was open to 2am and served good food (see bbq skewers which took a while but worth the wait!)

A very small room with two queen size bed and a modern minimalist feel. There are a lot of food places to choose from and activities like movie theatre, waterpark and sauna within the same area. Breakfast is so so with the same food everyday.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
