Overall it was a good stay. Comfortable, clean room with good air conditioning. Location is also very good, walking distance from most places. One negative for me was the check out. I left my bags with the concierge when I left and asked them if they would be put somewhere secure, the concierge said yes but then proceeded to leave my belongings in the middle of the lobby, asked me to leave and said he’d take care of it. I had breakfast at a nearby cafe and came back an hour later to check and all of my stuff was still sitting there. I then persisted that they put my stuff in a secure location and watched whilst they did it. Anyone could just walk into the lobby and take my stuff, and the concierge didn’t really seem like he cared about it. Besides personal safety when travelling, the safety of my belongings is next most important, more care should be given to make guests feel comfortable.

I booked a bedroom with a king size bed. The room was perfectly fine for a solo traveler. You can pay extra for a nice breakfast. The location is very close to the zoo, sea and lots of good restaurants. The hotel is also very close to train station Estació de França.

It wasn't really for me... the decor was pretty beat up, and the place is in need of some love and attention. The rooftop pool looked cute, I didn't bother swimming, though. Wear ear plugs because the streets are busy all night. My room had a black out blind which helped. The staff are friendly. But I would have loved them to help me with the taxi, though. I ended getting lost. I'm not sure of the cost because my travel agent booked it because of an error in my original booking. So I was only there one night. I wouldn't spend more than £50 a night on this room.

The location was perfect, the rooms modern & clean. The price was fair. The only reason I would not rate this experience higher was the absence of a welcome when we checked in. Had to wait an awkward period of time for the receptionist to acknowledge us and zero smile or greeting.

Lovely clean modern hotel. Small rooftop pool. Small lobby area with not much seating, but perfect for a weekend city break. Great shower in the room. Didn't have breakfast so can comment.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
