Great experience at the Park Hotel, any issues/queries were promptly resolved. Travelled with a Family in December 2023, we are a family of 5, so booked a family room for 4 and was able to use the existing bedding for our toddler with no qualms. Great room amenities (toothbrush, shaver, bottled water etc), wifi was good, room clean and they even got a taxi for us when we left. Lots of food options in walking distance.

We had a wonderful stay in Park Hotel Hong Kong for our new year celebration trip. The staffs are efficient and attentive (the fastest check in and check out process I've gotten out of all the countries). The room is big and clean! The location is the best part of this hotel where basically we can walk to nearby stations, landmarks, famous restaurants just within few minutes of walking distance.

Awesome room, awesome service, awesome location! Close enough to the MTR so you can get anywhere pretty quickly. Lots of restaurants and shops just outside the hotel. Staff was very helpful and held our luggage for us before we could check in. Got to our room and they had out a crib in there for our toddler which she loved to play in not sleep in hahaah. If you are on the fence about this place I would say it's worth the stay!
