Superb service! Absolutely everyone went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable. The Andrea Bocelli package (room/tickets) was excellent value. But what made it memorable was the staff.

Had a wonderful stay at this property back in 2021. As globalists we were upgraded to a wonderful ocean view room. As the hotel is smaller than some of the other hotels on Saadiyat Island, the service was extremely personalized. The kids club kept our daughter entertained with activities throughout the day and the kiddie pool is covered by a shade so you don't have to worry the kiddos getting too hot. Breakfast was outstanding and we still dream about the French toast. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Everyone was genuinely happy to be working there and was extremely welcoming. The concierge team was incredible with arranging restaurant reservations throughout our stay and transportation to Dubai at the end of our trip. The pool staff would also come around regularly with Popsicles for our daughter. We are actually going back next week and are extremely excited! If you are planning on visiting Abu Dhabi you definitely need to stay here! Update: We just got back from our second stay and it was even better than the first! The breakfast options have been greatly expanded.

I never post reviews or very rarely but today was just too much. We came with my friend to spend a day at the beach. We said it to the valet and no one said anything. Arriving on the beach asking for the beds a lady told us that it wasn’t possible as reserved for the guest of the hotel. Then the manager came, rude and telling us the same. When we told him that the valet said yes, he replied: everyone knows. They told you. No they didn’t! The hotel sunbeds were half empty! And as your valet did a mistake the least of the customer service will be to let us pay for our 2 beds and give us good service. But apparently being rude was more appropriate. Being a big fan of Park Hyatt in Dubai, I will definitely never come back there or recommend it.

An excellent place to host a family or friends gathering. We arranged a family event with Ms. Hasnaa from hotel management was an excellent host. She managed every detail to perfection and arranged everything in a beautiful way. Overall, the location of the hotel is excellent, with direct beach access. The overall ambiance was beautiful and the weather in Dec is excellent. A memorable event and time at the hotel.

I highly recommend the property , we stayed over the last weekend for one night only , I wish we could stay for more . Everything is so perfect, all the team members reception , waiters , housekeeping are so friendly , so welcoming , so friendly. Hotel is super stylish and comfortable, SPA there is something unique. Facilities , pool , beach - you name it all excellent. We had dinner in their all day dining - best food ever , bravo to the chef !!! I will stay in Saadiyat in this hotel only next time and i strongly recommend it to everyone who wants to experience the best service !!!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
