My wife and I stayed at this hotel from Dec 24-28 2023 and had a great time. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the breakfast is a level that many European hotels can learn a thing or two from (including adding more veggies and fresh fruits to the staple of bread, cheese, and meat), the rooms are spacious, and the location is central, depending of course on where in this metropole you have to be. I'm a "professional traveler", on the road about 40-45 weeks per year (if not more) and this certainly was one of the best experiences I had in the price range up to ~350 EUR/night. All in all, we had a great time and will happily return. Thanks team Hyatt!

By far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! From the minute we arrived till our checkout, every staff member that I met was friendly, helpful, and smiling. Especially big thanks to Mr. Anas. Very clean, high-quality service, high-quality rooms, and a great location. Breakfast was also wonderful. I definitely would stay there again.

I had a wonderful experience at park Hyatt Macha palas rooms 701,703. It feels a lot of teamwork and hard work has gone in to the hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the to the concierge to the housekeeping staff were delightful and eager to help! The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Gorgeous building, High quality rooms and high quality service. There were great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again. Great location in nisantasi. Lovely street uphill and downhill from the hotel. We really loved the character of the hotel. The spa is also impeccable. Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues and if we visit Istanbul again we will surely be staying here! Overall a very pleasant, happy and immaculate stay!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
