Incredible stay at the Park Hyatt in Jakarta. The rooms were spectacular but what really stood out was the service. I checked in to a standard room and found that the toilet seat wasn't... fully cleaned. I sent in a message through guest services just as a way to give feedback not asking for anything. The manager on duty that night called immediately, apologized profusely, and offered a room upgrade to a corner suite. Little things like that are what separates hotels like this one apart from the rest of the elite hotels in Jakarta. There were other little interactions with the staff that made the stay memorable. So big shout out to the staff at the Park Hyatt and the general manager on duty that night! I will only stay here moving forward when coming to Jakarta!

Amazing hotel--one of the best I've ever stayed in. Staff are incredibly courteous/friendly and I know they're working hard, but it all seems effortless. My room was incredible--very relaxing, modern, and comfortable. Breakfast is amazing -- great variety and quality. The gym and the pool are great. Really just an amazing experience throughout my stay. Great location and easy to walk around the kampungs or nearby sites for the adventurous.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip from October 3 to 7, 2023. The hotel boasts a new and impressive building; however, there's room for improvement, particularly in staff hospitality. The experiences I had during my stay are as follows: - On October 3, the clock battery in the bathroom was drained. - On the morning of October 4, when I called to report the clock battery issue and requested a razor, the phone staff seemed impatient and the requests were only fulfilled in the afternoon after a follow-up call. - During the meetings from October 3 to 5, the staff in the ballroom area, especially those involved in cleaning and cooking, were not very friendly. This was quite different from the usual warm greetings and gestures I've experienced in other 5-star hotels. The meeting tables are not quite good (got a good one only on 5 Oct 2023). - On October 5 (around 8 p.m.), a request for coffee from my director somehow was denied. He was very angry and made a complaint about this. - On October 6, despite requesting room cleaning, it was not done promptly. On a positive note, the highlight of my stay was the 22-floor Restaurant. The food was exceptional, surpassing that of other 5-star hotels in Jakarta. The staff there were helpful and very friendly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
